Reply created 18 May 2017Dear Customer, Sorry to hear about your issue. After speaking to our local branch, we came to know that your job was installed about two years ago. Our customer service rep has no record of your email unless you sent to a wrong address. We understand you had an issue with the size of the window however, we did not create the opening 2" smaller and it is how your house was built. Obviously, you didn't notice the windows when you moved into the house, however, when we replaced the windows you start noticing the difference in two openings created by your builder of the house. it is not fair to blame us for someone else mistake, however, we take pride in looking after our customers and our local branch will contact you to discuss a solution which is good for you. We hope you make the right decision as we can make the new windows but your actual window opening is still couple of inches different from each other. We hope to resolve the issue that is up to your satisfaction and looking forward to a positive review from you soon. Thanks - Clera Admin
