I live in Windsor Ontario and we are extremely happy with the service Gary Gainham provided us. Professional in all aspects. The installation and quality of the product is the best and the workmanship is second to none.

Todd was an exceptionally professional business owner. He came out to my house when it was convenient for me and did a great job listening to my concerns and provided a quote to me shortly thereafter. His installer, Vlad did an amazing job installing my new windows once the weather started to warm up! Everything looks great and after a crazy week with tons of rain I finally have windows that don't leak!!! Thank you so much Todd, Vladimir & staff!! These new windows perform better than I expected and I can't wait to finish the rest of my house with Clera Windows!!

We were truly impressed by Clera (Peterborough). The salesman, James, and the three-man installation crew were top-notch. All were courteous and diligent. The crew, led by Paul, worked without haste, taking care to get everything right, especially when removing a particularly stubborn picture window. They went to great pains to clean up after they had completed the job. Special mention must be made of the youngest member of the installation (without detracting from the experienced duo): he was always busy and never "standing around". It was nice to see Paul and Cory (I think) taking the time to show him some of the tricks of the trade. All in all, a super experience.

They showed up on time. Did a great job, despite the cold weather! The windows were sealed beautifully. I am so happy! I have used Clera now for many years and have been very happy with their care and attention to detail. Thank you.

It has been 3 yrs since I had I all my windows and French front doors replaced. Clera runs a very tight ship from beginning to end. The job was promised to to be completed in 5 days and miraculously they accomplished it without cutting corners !! My wife and I were truly impressed by the little things they did to ease the process. I did tour the plant n met the owners they graciously showed me their manufacturing process and just confirmed and cemented my initial impressions of the company !! No gimmicks just the latest processing techniques were used to fabricate the parts. Came out feeling more reassured tht they were the one to do the best job w/the best materials on the market. Pay a little more and get a lot more !! They're all about the finest quality & window options. They offered a whole array of choices like slim frames, tints, privacy windows, paint colors, etc. All of this include a comprehensive 10 yrs warranty even for color fade. The workmanship by Raj their master carpenter was something to behold. He created all the wooden frames from scratch, totally rebuilt my 5 panes of bow window, and perfectly shaped the 5 half moon windows on the towering front windows. I pat Dennis and Raj & his team on the back for all their dedicated work. It was a well orchestrated symphony of sorts !! I keep in constant contact w/CLERA and their post service was just as good as the the pre service I received. Kudos !!

The new windows are perfect and beautiful. They also performing exactly like we were promised that they would. We will definately be greeting more windows replaced by this company.
