I had a window with fog between the 2 panes of glass. Tim Ducolon came and changed the glass and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend these guys.

A new full glass with sidelight was installed. The work was thoroughly and cleanly accomplished. The new door fits perfectly.

The installers were on time, fast and efficient. Their workmanship was excellent. My sales representative was very informative and just a pleasure to deal with. She presented herself her company and her product with finely honed professionalism. I have used this product in other homes and the quality is excellent.

We had looked at replacing our 20 year old front door for some time and had visited the usual big home outlets. The opening was slightly non-standard and the response was "you'll need a custom side-light" or "we don't have anything." By chance a flyer was in our mailbox from Clera and we contacted Mr. Terry B, the Branch Manager for Clera Windows and Doors in Cambridge. In no time at all we were sitting down with Terry in our home where Terry walked us through a straightforward assessment of our options. We quickly focused on one of his suggestions and threw out the idea of a skimpy narrow side-light. We went with a wide 42" and very elegant door. The installation team arrived on the date given by Terry and explained exactly what they would be doing. The gentleman in charge (Avni) made sure every surface was protected and his two colleagues quickly removed the old door and framed-in for the new one. All through the process it was clear they were keeping mess to a minimum. Avni then explained about the best way to keep the door looking its best and they were gone. Since then we have received very positive comments from visitors, neighbours and even our wonderful mail lady. We are truly delighted with the way it looks and as a bonus we no longer have cold air finding its way into our home. Happy and warm in Guelph!

We are looking our 3rd project with Clera and Gene this Spring. After having our windows replaced (about 12 windows throughout house), and a patio door (cut out from an existing window), we are working with Gene to design a new front door and storm door. We have been very happy with the service and products provided by Clera and Gene. Gene takes the time to answer all of our questions, and review which options would work best. He respectfully offers his opinion but isn't pushy. I value Gene's commitment to ensuring we're happy. The product is high quality and has made our home look better than ever!

We had nearly all of our windows replaced by Clera a couple of years ago, and were so happy with the product and service that we are now having them install a new patio door. Gene, our salesperson promptly returned our call and was very quick to schedule a visit. Gene was very knowledgeable and offered several good options for us. He is a pleasure to work with and we look forward to continuing to work with him in the future. Great product and great service!

We have used Clera and FM industries in the past so decided to have them complete more work in our home. The quality of product and services is excellent and is the salesperson John. We were particularly impressed with the installers this time. Ernie's team was efficient and courteous. They left the job area spotless after installation. Best of all, the completed product is beautiful. We couldn't be happier. Recently had John return to fix a window that I had broken by accident. He came the same day and was as lovely as ever, we really appreciate the customer service provided by Clera and will recommend to friends and family!

Had 5 large windows for kitchen/dining rm installed by installer Jon & his crew back in Nov. 2016. Great work, on time, cleaned up. John from sales & Cindy from office staff were also great to work with. Always replied bk in timely manner. Would recommend & use again.

I had previously hired Clera to replace all our windows upstairs. This time we dealt with Gary, as Chris (old rep) retired. First consult was short and productive. The quote gave us the best value compared with 2 other companies. Install was fast, clean and the crew was very respectful. Same crew as the year prior. I did notice a couple of issues with the installation and chatted to Gary about them. He contacted the crew, but I never heard back. To be fair, he did say to let him know if I didn't hear from them...but there was also no follow up from him. I didn't feel I should be chasing after a company. When Chris was our sales rep, he followed up a few months after install to make sure we were happy with the windows.

We would like to express our gratitude to Clera Windows and Doors for their excellent sales and service. This is the third time we have used their services and have been very pleased with the quality of our new windows, including two bay windows, and our front door.
