    Windows sale and installation

    When compared to other windows installers and other windows manufacturers Clera's quoting and sales process was very smooth and accurate. The timing for installation was convenient, the work on site was very well organized and well-executed. All products and services were delivered as promised. I would definitely recommend Clera...a great Canadian story.

    Spectacular windows, excellent quality, supreme service

    Referred from a friend to Mike. He did an amazing job recommending which windows would work best within our budget. Installation was very easy and we've been very pleased. We've had our windows for almost a year, but our winter bills have already decreased as a result of the change.

    Door replacement

    I had Clera put windows in my home about 6 years ago and have been thrilled with the performance of them. They still look like brand new. So, job well done! Mike just installed my new front door from Clera and the transformation is amazing to the front of the house. It's a piece of art. I love it.     Windows and Door renovation

    Inherited my home from my parents and never really liked what was installed. There was always a draft and noise leaked through pretty easily. So we decided it was time to upgrade. After a lot of research a friend recommended Clera. Guillermo, the installer, came to us willing to answer any questions we had about the project. The window and door installations went great, all windows were level and air tight. The new door was made exactly as we wanted and now our front foyer no longer feels like an ice box. Guillermo, had eveything done efficiently and clean. I cannot recommend him enough, especially with the deal we were offered for the quality of materials used and the lifetime warranty.

    Double front doors, sidelights and transom replacement

    After reading reviews on Homestars, we called Clera for an in-home quotation. John came from the Whitby office and was quite friendly and helpful in understanding our needs. He told us the order would take about 8 weeks because they need to make a custom window for the transom. The work was done as per the promised schedule. It was a relatively large system so it took from about 9am until about 3pm to finish. The installers did a great job getting everything just right and cleaned everything up before they left. Recommended.

    Fantastic service, high-quality product!

    Our house is nearing the 17-year mark, and so we were beginning to see condensation around the edges of the windows, and feel a draft around the jams. Some of the crank-out handles on our old windows had become so rusty that we were having trouble getting them to close tightly, which was a serious problem during downpours and cold snaps. From the moment we called Clera Windows & Doors, we knew we'd made the right choice. We received prompt, friendly service throughout the consultation and ordering process, and our Sales Representative, Vito, worked with us to find the best options for the windows we wanted to replace. The installation crew was friendly and punctual, and they were respectful of our property, being mindful to clean up after themselves. (There was a little dust, but that's to be expected with full window replacements!) The quality of the products is top-notch, and now we're proud to have beautiful windows in both the front and back of our house. From the excellent customer service to the no-hassle installation to the beautiful, high-quality product, I can honestly say that I would highly recommend Clera Windows & Doors.

    Window replacement

    From start to finish Hans & his team made the process of buying replacement windows easy. The windows seem to be top quality & the gentlemen that installed them were really efficient & did a great job installing them. Thank you to the whole team!

    Poor workmenship, service, follow up, would not recommend.

    I had windows installed in my townhouse November 23, 2016. The installers did a poor job of installing the new windows. The Service Dept. from head office corrected the installation. I would recommend Clera Windows. Thank you Hernando. Al in Mississauga

    Replacement Doors and Windows

    I had my front door, a patio door and a window replaced in January. I also had several windows replaced last year. I am very happy with the result and with the way in which the installation was carried out.

    Windows and Patio Door Upgrade

    I bought a fixer upper a couple of years ago and I needed to replace four windows and a patio door. After four estimates, I chose Clera. From my initial contact with the General Manager, Les, to installation, I have to say I am very pleased with their customer service. The price was the best and the warranty is transferable. I love that I can wash my windows from inside my home. With just a simple mechanism adjustment, the windows swing inside for easy cleaning! I love my new windows and patio door! Janet H. Innisfil
