    Window replacement

    Clera is the only company I would recommend to anyone who may be in the market for windows and doors. The company came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Gary Gainham is a knowledgeable sales representative, he clearly understood what I wanted, and was able to stay within my budget. Timelines were set and met as promised and I was given a contact number to call at anytime if I had any questions or concerns. Thank you Gary and Shelley again for all your help. The manufacture did an amazing job with the final product the windows turned out exactly as I had envisioned they would. Rob and Scott did a fantastic job on the installation and capping. Your work has been admired and complimented on by everyone who has come through the house. It was a great experience from start to finish and I am thrilled with the outcome. Thank you Clera!

    Job well done and very professional

    The entire experience with Clera was fantastic. Starting with the sales rep Mike who came to our house and spent hours with us explaining the process and helping us make selections that fit our budget. The crew was also incredibly professional. Alex and Omar were great guys that worked hard and knew exactly how to do an install on our century old home. We have received many compliments from neighbours and guests and would recommend their services to anyone who asked.

    Total Window Replacement for Home

    The Staff at Clera WIndows were excellent. The windows are superb quality with noise reduction from road traffic and no drafts. The installer was meticulous and went above and beyond what would have been expected. He took his time and ensured aluminum capping was neat. Excellent value for windows. Our home has new windows and feel confident that they will last a lifetime.

    replaced a front door, patio door, main floor windows and basement windows with screens

    Terry was a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. The installers worked very hard and were reliable. They were willing to answer questions and made sure I knew how to operate the windows and patio door before they left. It was a bonus that they took all the stickers off the windows. They made sure that they took every piece of waste material with them when they left. I am very pleased with the look of my front door, the way the patio door locks and the appearance of my new windows. I am expecting my house to be warmer this year.

    patio door and front door replacement PLUS kitchen/dining room windows at a later date

    The installers for this company are phenomenal. Extremely polite, organized. They believe in a very clean worksite and do not allow you to help with anything - cleaning up, moving items, etc. Their attention to detail was excellent. The finish work also well done. Very happy that I chose this company. A great experience all around. Would definitely use them for my next project - window replacements! AGAIN, had nothing but a positive experience with the salesman, Dennis, and the installers. The windows are fantastic and look amazing. THANK YOU!

    Window installation

    Great job replacing all windows in 2,800sf home. Approx 25 windows in total replaced by Clera. Took approx. 8 weeks from order to install. Installation process was smooth and without incident. Great job by installation crew.

    Total Window Replacement

    I used Clera Windows 12 years ago and was very impressed with the service. Needed all the windows changed in my 8 year old home and remembered the excellent service I had received then! I called Les Stinger and once again, he and his team didn't disappoint! The new windows are excellent, the crew was here for 2 days, were very quick and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for windows. Will call again to have doors replaced!

    Window Replacement

    Three windows needed to be replaced at my home in Harrow and the Clera team did an excellent job! The work was fast and very high quality. The outside window trim and caulking was first rate too! Thanks to Gary Gainham and his team for a fine job.

    Sliding Glass Door Repair

    Just had another fantastic experience with Clera Windows and Doors. We had our sliding glass door installed about 3 years ago by Clera and lately it hadn't been gliding as nicely as it once had. I called Clera and asked if they could send out someone to take a look. John van den Broek, the Area Manager for Durham came out right away and made some necessary adjustments, replaced a security mechanism, and greased the tracks and now it slides like a dream once more. I asked him if there was a charge and he said that it was all part of their service. It's so impressive and refreshing to find a company that stands by the products they sell and return enthusiastically when required, to ensure their customers are 100% satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clera to my friends, family and business collegues.
