Dear Marylynne, We understand your frustration and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by Clera windows and doors. You are already in contact by our management team and we are going to make sure that your screens get fixed. As far as all other issues, we wanted to be clear that all of our installers are fully insured and bonded. We do thousands of installations every year and this is first time someone claims that one of the crew member took money from your house. We strongly disagree but we still reimburse you without any question. Windows and doors installation is a renovation project where you are expected to get some dust and dirt around the house during installation and our installation crew clean everything after the installation. The fact is that you called the cleaning person during installation 2 times and when we asked for the receipt you were unable to present any bill from the cleaning company. The delay in the entire process was the cold winter as you didn't want anyone to come and fix your screen tabs in the winter months. We understand that there was an issue with the sales person (no longer with our company) but you insisted to deal with the particular sales person even though it was not his area of service. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we are waiting for you to connect with our technician to get your screen tabs fixed. Thanks - Clera Admin
