We just had our new front door installed and could not be happier. The quality and style is great and dealing with John Gainham and his crew was a very positive experience. We are having quests over for Christmas and will recommend Clera windows and doors to all. Thank you for a job well done.

This is the 2nd time we have used Clera. Their service was amazing. They showed up on time, worked the entire day until everything was perfect AND they even cleaned up every area they worked in. It has been a week now and already we can feel a difference in the warmth in both the living room and the kitchen. Thanks for a high quality professional job.

Apprx 2 years ago we had a front door installed. We were so impressed by Mario's skill and workmanship that when we decided to install new windows we contacted John Van den Broek to come to the house and give us a quote. We were very pleased with the price and asked if Mario was going to be installing them. When the answer was yes we went ahead with the order. Mario again excelled at his job, he is a very considerate and dedicated man. There was one snag however. Two of the windows were made incorrectly at the factory. We had ordered double tilt sliders and two windows were single tilt sliders. Mario and John were very concerned about this and dealt with the issue immediately. We will be getting these windows next week. I can't say enough good things about Mario, he is definitely an asset to your company.

We are very pleased with the whole experience of having our windows replaced. Gary Gainham was very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleasant. The guys that did the installation arrived when they said they would, and were very efficient. Overall great job.

This was the worst experience ever! Ordered windows and a door on May 28. Throughout this experience the Installers never showed up on time, twice they were supposed to be there at 8:30 never showed up until after 12:30. First installer installed windows and door improperly I tried to contact Clera Brockville area owner for support (phone & email) never received any reply. (Note: the only time he was here through this awful experience, was to get the down payment). October 03, I ended up calling Clera National, directly, only got answering machine so left message to have representative email me. I was emailed that day so I sent my concerns with lots of pictures. No reply! So I called October 8 and left a message. October 09 I received an email reply from Clera that they were going to follow up with their local branch. November 04 (over 3 weeks later) received a call from a Clera installer (not the Head office or local owner!) wanting to complete the job. We booked November 11 to work on, fellow showed up (late) and couldn’t believe what he saw (Unfortunately this fellow was the middle man and I expressed my total dissatisfaction to him about this experience) He said he would fix the mess and install the last 2 windows, he put in the last 2 windows then he took out all the windows that were install earlier and re-installed and corrected door installation but had to come back as there was too much to do. The windows again needed to be altered so they came back again (late) and then finally on Saturday November 22nd. I paid the remaining amount (I had enough, 1 week shy of six months, just wrong!). So in the end got reeled in by the Clera “the clear choice” and all there wonderful company policies “Certified Installation Quality Program” and the sales pitch from local branch owner.

John was super helpful in deciding on the best style of windows for our home and we are so pleased with the finished results. He told us Mario would be installing the windows and that Mario was a superior installer. Mario lived up to his reputation - he not only did a professional job but he was friendly, cared about his work and cared that we were happy with the finished product. We have recommended Clera to our friends and neighbours.

Eugene Morlando gave me a great price on my windows. The installer was fast, efficient and friendly. They did a great job and my windows look better than I ever imagined!

We had half of our house windows (10 total) replaced along with the patio door. Vito (salesperson) was very thorough, polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He explained various options, clearly disclosed all costs and didn't have any push-sales tactics. Once we signed the contract, re-measuring took place almost immediately (within a couple of days). Once our windows were ready, they called and was able to schedule a date within a few days. The installation crew (especially Drew) was courteous, friendly and professional. Once the job was complete, they even cleaned up nicely - vacuumed all floors, picked up every little debris. Vito even came and stayed thru' part of the installation to ensure everything is going smoothly and if we had any questions. All windows and the patio door look fabulous. and they're great energy efficient! It was well worth the money spent... We would definitely recommend Vito and Clera to others. From the very beginning of working with Clera (pre-sales to post-sales), we've had nothing but good experience.

My landlord chose to go with Clera Windows and Doors by FM industries. He installed a beautiful window in my baby's room. The installer was great and very friendly. The process was done perfectly and in great time. The window has made a tremendous difference in her room. I am sure that my landlord will chose this company for the other windows in the complex that need to be changed. Very pleased customer.
