We would like to thank you for the highly professional installation of our new windows. Your installers were fast, efficient, polite and completely cleaned everything after they were finished. A beautiful job well done and on time.

We set up an appointment with Clera for someone to come out to our home and give us a quote, the girl in the office was able to book us through email, and was very helpful and prompt in doing so. Shawn came out to our home and was very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. The installation went well, they did a great job and were always on time. The clean up was good, very respectful and courteous.

Clera did a wonderful job coming to the house, listening to our needs and providing windows that so far have stood up to our expectations. If I could give 9.5 stars, I would. The reason I took away half a star is that the installers weren't able to finish caulking all seams as they ran out of silicone. Other than that, I am very pleased with Clera Windows and would highly recommend them.

We have just had all the windows replaced in our funeral home. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how delighted we are with Clera Windows and Doors . The quality of the product is excellent and Todd , the district manager was very professional and easy to deal with. But what really exceeded out expectations was Mike Balicki and his installation crew. We have had a few renovations done recently and at times the situation became very stressful. Mike and his staff are fabulous , I even told them today that I love them. LOL.

Just wanted to report the spectacular service we received from Chris Larock. We really appreciated how helpful, eager, friendly and professional he has been. He is quite an asset, and a great representative of Clera FM windows ! And with respect to such exemplary service from Chris, we would definitely pursue business again with Clera FM windows in the future ! Les the sales manager was great. Windows were installed effectively and on time. Would do future business with Clera. Price was best out of four quotes. Installed the five windows in less than four hours.

We wanted to remove a window in our back den and replace with a sliding door, I called Chris at clera. We have used Clera before, and in this case I didn't call anyone else. They removed the brick, installed the door and it looks beautiful both inside and out. The work is great, the service even better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris at clera.

It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that I'm writing to you today to let you know how pleased I'am with the work performed by your company at my house. In the beginning stages of deciding to replace all 29 of my windows I was pleased to read all the positive reviews on the Clera windows from both customers and product reviewers. This was a massive job that in my opinion required the right product at the right price. Ken did a great job of negotiating a great price for me. Even though the price was still at a small premium I knew I was getting a premium product that would outlast all the other window companies that I researched. I was impressed with Ken's professionalism and organization skills for the entire project. The original installation date was established early on and Ken installed on time and on schedule. The installation team was very thorough and new exactly what they were doing. When the windows arrived there were no mistakes in measurements or in the window styles. The windows were all measured very precisely and all fit like a glove. The installers were very polite and meticulous in the trim work that they also performed. Overall, I would recommend Clera Windows to anyone thinking of doing their windows. It has only been two weeks and I noticed a big difference in sound reduction which I did not expect and a huge reduction in heat loss. In conclusion I would install Clera Windows in my house or anyone else' house. It was a pleasure dealing with Ken and his staff throughout the entire project from ordering to installation and after installation follow up. Thanks again to you Ken and your installers.
