Shawn was very knowledgeable about products. He was able to answer all the questions we had. Melissa was very courteous and booked our appointment to match my schedule. The installation crew was very friendly and on time. The job was done beyond expectation in a timely matter. The house inside and out was left very clean. We will be calling again to have my basement windows done. Very satisfied all around.

The sales guy did a great job and was at his phone when ever I called. Melissa from the office does a really good job at what she does. Pierre and his helper did a very great job with his extras for the install. Very happy with finish.

I wanted to drop a line to thank you and you guys for an excellent job. I know you have a review section on the Clera site so I thought I'd submit my experience. When we replaced our windows a few years back in our home we chose to go with FM Windows, it was the right choice, the warranty and quality can't be beat. When it was necessary to replace windows in a rental property it was a natural choice. Ken was prompt in getting back to me and quick to estimate the job. The time from estimate to our order being ready was faster than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. His install team was courteous and efficient and handled a few challenges our house presented with ease and professionalism. They did a great installation. I highly recommend Ken and Clera for anyone looking to replace windows, your satisfaction will last as long as your windows will.

I recently bought a home that needs new windows. I was referred to Clera Windows and doors by a relative. They did a wonderful job on the first three windows and I will not hesitate to call them when I am ready for more.

Our side door had huge gaps letting in cold air and bugs so it was very important for us to get a quality door to address those issues. Frank had responded to my online quote very quickly and immediately scheduled an in-house assessment. He explained everything clearly and gave good suggestions how to solve our concerns. Not to mention his responded to all my inquiries relatively quick after the fact. Drew and his crew did the install, to which they were very professional and courteous. Our new door is solidly built and looks amazing.

Competitively priced windows, Had a new sliding patio door installed as well. Telephone staff were very friendly and worked to resolve any issues. Installer, Pierre, was knowledgeable and very courteous. Went over and above to make sure things were done right. No issues with this company. Can feel a temperature difference all ready. :)

We would recommend Clera windows to family and friends as our experience with them has been very pleasant. Once we met with Dennis we knew we were dealing with knowledgeable people. Many sales reps are misleading however our discussion with Dennis was parallel with how our job was executed. Not only did they deliver the project in time as specified but also expedited our project as we had further renovations. Further to our experience the installers were very well mannered and operated our material with care. In addition after the installation Dennis also followed up with us with our satisfaction and questions regarding humidity. Only down side would be that minimal flexibility with pricing. Then again windows aren't cheap. You get what you pay for.

2ND UPDATE MAY 24/14 We had a new installer come to our home today to replace two of the windows that had cracks in the vinyl. He was extremely professional, helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were (and will be) satisfied with the work. It is evident that our original installers did less than stellar work. It is still unfortunate that it took 3 months for us to have our concerns addressed. Update - April 30/14 A few days after we placed the review (below) with a rating total of 0 Clera windows contacted us by telephone. The next day someone came to our home to assess the outstanding service issues we had. As of today Clera has arranged to do the necessary repairs within the next 2-3 weeks. An agreement was made with Clera that we would update this review and we are honouring this agreement. Our review remains low however this is a big improvement over the original rating. We are pleased that Clera (specifically, Vito) has made the effort to assure our satisfaction and accept responsibility for our predicament. Unfortunately, the difficulties we encountered with our specific situation prevent us from feeling justified in making the rating any higher. Original review below: We have had a horrible customer service experience with Clera. We chose this company based on the reviews on this website and now we wish we had done better research. We realize Clera gets exceptionally good reviews from most people but we feel like we are caught up in some kind of vortex where we being ignored and forgotten. We simply wish to have a few issues dealt with regarding our newly installed windows. No less than 7 attempted contacts with Clera installers, sales reps, customer service and the the president of the company since January 16, 2014. We are either completely ignored or provided a promise for follow up which never happens. In our latest contact we cautioned them that we were feeling compelled to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They responded that they were grateful we had held off on the BBB complaint and our issues would be addressed within 7 days. 9 days have now passed and it appears we have been forgotten again. Unfortunately, for the first time ever, we filed a complaint against a company (Clera) with the Better Business Bureau. This is really unfortunate as our issues could have been quickly and easily addressed. From a customer service standpoint I will definitely not ever be recommending Clera Windows to anyone.

I had Vito come by and look at my windows and he was great. I had him change my front bow window and a few others. The guys did a great job and they took care of all my concerns with the install. If your looking for a window company, give these guys a call!
