Hello Melissa, Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are very sorry to see your 0-review score and read your dissatisfaction. In response to the above review, at Clera we take our customers satisfaction VERY seriously and 100% customer satisfaction will always be of our full and complete uncompromised objective every single time. While we highly regret that you are not 100% satisfied with our service , we strongly believe that the above accusations are not entirely accurate. Your order was signed in late August and it was re-measured in September. During the re-measure, the re-measurer recommended 3mm/4mm glass. You then contacted Anthony about changing the order to that glass, he informed you that there’s a price difference and sent you a contract adjustment to be signed, which you finally sent back on sept 29th at which point the re-measure was submitted. The original estimated date from the contract was before you made the switch over in glass, Anthony explained that when an amendment is made to the contract the approx. installation time changes. The windows didn’t become ready until mid Jan due to holiday closure. On Jan 3rd you sent Anthony an email requesting to cancel the contract because the windows are still not ready. He informed you the following day that the windows will be ready next week, except for the shaped window which will be ready the week of Jan 9th and he will get you priority installation. He also informed you that cancellation was not an option and the deposit will not be returned. Not been contacted by Anthony is not accurate, all Anthony’s messages to and from you about the priority installation are on file. You replied about your right to cancel and requested your deposit returned, you also mentioned that you were selling your home. We feel the reason of your 0 review and dissatisfaction is not because your were ignored by Anthony(copies of interactions on file), but because you decided after ordering the windows that you no longer wanted to proceed with the order because you decided to sell your home. The windows are ready, and we are prepared to install them, please let us know your availability. We thank you for your business and wish you the best!
