Just had my windows replaced thorough out my whole house. The process from start to finish went very smooth. Frank our sales rep was very knowledgeable in educating us about the windows and provided great customer service. Michele the installer and his crew were very professional always punctual and cleaned up after they were done. Clera's products were of high quality,great customer service and a reliable crew. Had a great experience with the company and would highly recommend them.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for our beautiful patio door. The blind inserts are the perfect choice for our family room which overlooks the backyard. Your installer was again friendly and efficient as he had been in the past for our front door and sidelight. This is the third time that we have done business with you mainly because you have been so accommodating with suggestions and details and represent a fine product line. On December 1st, 2013 Clera Windows and Doors installed a sliding patio and pet screen door in my home. That evening my small dog hit the screen with his head as he was rushing to get outside. I am happy to report the screen stood up quite well to the bump. I found the door to be of extremely good quality, it feels solid when operating the slide and it finishes the kitchen beautifully. I am extremely happy with the Opus 1 door that Gary Gainham sold us and Rob Cormier professionally installed for us. I would highly recommend Clera Windows d Doors to any of our neighbours.

We just replaced the front windows of your home using Clera Windows. The staff (Gene-sales, Ramesh -Installer) was helpful and professional. This is an on-going project for us, as we slowly replace the wood casements with vinyl. This is our second time using this company. Once again we are happy with our choice.

After the installation, I called Gene to follow up on a minor detail and he responded with a solution quickly. As for the installation, the crew was polite and very respectful of our needs. When the old door and window were removed the workmen found that there was no insulation around either. They put some in, which has made a huge difference. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a thorough clean up. We have had many compliments on our new look.
