In 2006 we changed all of our windows with Clera Windows and Doors. Todd and Cliff were very professional through out the entire process and we are very satisfied. We are now selling our home and I am confident that our windows are a great selling feature.

We were pleased with the work and installation. Based on the result we have seen so far (in fairness, not enough time has passed to know if there will be issues down the road), we are very satisfied. i would simply say that you (Joe Pinhiero) personally provided a very thorough and detailed approach to us as we were deciding what kind of window options we should consider, and the subsequent installation was done professionally and with quality. Gary Gainham was very professional presenting the Clera window to us and answering all our questions. The installer did an excellent installation of our windows. The installers were fast and neat at installing all the windows. They changed the bay windows to flat windows and we are very pleased with the look of those windows now. Chris and his installation crew, Rob and Dustin did an excellent job of installing some very large windows in our home. Their work was neat and careful making the home look very modern. They cleaned up following installation and worked as though they were putting the windows in their own homes. Steve, the sales representative was attentive to our needs and provided exactly what we had asked for and offered suggestions along the way. The coming winter months will test the quality of the window construction but we are optimistic that all will be well.

I am extremely pleased with the installation and quality of a sliding glass door recently purchased and installed by Clera. The quality of the door is superb. The installation was professionally done and the work area thoroughly cleaned after the job was done. It's encouraging to see a Canadian company manufacture such quality products. I highly recommend Clera. Their products are of top notch quality. In fact I expect to purchase more doors and windows from Clera for a new home we're moving into. Thanks Ron!

I live in Hamilton and I was very impressed with Chris Larock and the installers. They were on time, very efficient, nice, organized and clean. It was an assembly line! They did a great job. We love the new windows and are looking forward to lower heating this winter and beyond!

My husband and I were thrilled with the windows and sliding doors that were installed at our cottage in October. We purchased them through Gary Gainham. The quality of the windows and doors and the professional installation really enhances the cottage. Great installation! Rebuilt my floor that was destroyed by water damage from the old patio door to restore the structural integrity of the house before putting in the new slider. Now it looks great and we're safely dry.
