Call Gene, he is a first class guy, Miguel, is an excellent installer, together with a superior product. Before you order doors or windows, call Gene. They are clean, efficient, fast, and you won't beleive your eyes. In 2005, we had eight Windows on the second level replaced, in 2009, we replaced our Patio Doors and our Dining Room Window. Now in the past week, on September 17th, to be exact, we had our Double Front Doors and Side Doors installed, and we never wasted time getting other quotes, we just called Gene at FM windows. Due to misinformation posted on a local website (not affiliated with Clera) our first contact was Melissa, the girl in the office. She was so helpful and nice, we decided to investigate Clera Windows! Shawn came out to our home and was very helpful and informative. He asked questions and made suggestions but was not "pushy". Pierre and his staff were very courteous and obliging in the installation They did a fantastic job in record time! (and cleaned up admirably).

I had a very large picture window replaced with the same size Bay window. Jeff, the installer, was great. He was very professional and knew what was needed to make my window look great. I am very pleased with the end results, and if I ever need more windows replaced, I will be sure to contact Gerald at Clear Window's and Door's. I used their financing option, which made this new window even possible. Great company, great people.

We recently had a large custom window and patio sliding door done by Clera Windows and are extremely satisfied. From the estimate down to the installers, service was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.
