We were in the market for windows for long time. We were looking for a great product, backed by a guarantee, installed by a professional team and through a reputable company, all within our budget. We chose Clera after meeting Frank Altieri who was very honest, transparent and respectful. He helped us understand the product, the process and worked with us to throughout the whole process. During construction, Drew and his team did a fantastic job of installing the windows with careful considerations to detail and craftsmanship. We noticed the difference in temperature and sound penetration immediately after installation. Frank came by after just to follow-up and make sure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend this company, Frank and Drew to any looking to change their windows. You won’t be disappointed.

Starting with Shawn Corbett and his knowledge and after many questions we decided on the windows that work for us. He was pleasant and very helpful. Then Melissa called with to arrange the installation booking. She was very courteous. Finally there was Pierre who called and set the exact time to instal the windows. He was very pleasant, punctual and enjoyable to work with. He and his crew are very skilled at installing windows and did an excellent job which was timely and efficient. The Sales Rep. John van den Brook was amazing and helped us in deciding on making our Patio Door safe by adding an additional foot lock. Also, the workmanship of the installer was excellent. I am now considering a new porch enclosure. The prices, quality and workmanship were A1. The installer was on time, meticulous and very courteous.

We had the excellent Clera windows and doors team from Stratford install windows in our home this summer. They were excellent. The installer was professional, he cleaned up each day he was here and paid attention to the small and big details when installing. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Roger was excellent to deal with as well and he made us feel assured that the choices we made were right for our home. Best window experience we have had and we have had 3 different ones. I had some basement windows installed by mike and he was very perfessional and did a really nice job especially with the capping around the window. Gareth was the sales rep and he was very helpful and amazing to work with.

We called Chris, at Clera, on the recommendation of a friend of ours. She felt that he was honest, above board and dependable. Everything in our experience has confirmed that. Chris met with us several times to make sure we made the best decisions we could for the work we wanted done. He gave us a timeline for the install and they arrived when expected. Avni, the installer, and his workmates were professional, polite and did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up after themselves. We needed some construction done in order to replace two small windows with a much larger picture window. You can not tell now that the structure was changed at all. We sit in our living room everyday admiring the new view. Our new door has brightened the house up considerably and it improves the appearance of our house from both outside and in. We couldn't be happier with the job that Clera has done and I recommend them without hesitation.

We recently had a new door installed by Earl at Clera Windows, Stratford. From the ordering to the installation, everything was done in a very efficient and professional manner. These people really know their stuff. When I had a question about how to adjust the self-closing hinges, Earl came the next day and adjusted it for me, as well as showing me how to adjust it myself. Now THAT'S service!. I will be using Clera Windows and Doors for all my window, door or siding needs in the future.
