I ordered new windows from Clera for installation in my house. They were just installed last week, and look great. I went with black trim on the outside, which really matches the house well. Eugene (aka Gene) arranged the order and did the in-home consultation. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He helped me get the right windows for the space, at a price that was very competitive. He was always quick to return any messages that I left for him, and delivered the product on time. Great job!!! Miguel and his crew did the window installation. They also did a fantastic job, and left the jobsite as clean as when they arrived. Great work!!! I highly recommend Clera (and Gene and Miguel if you can get them) for your residential window purchase. They were amazing to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second using them again. Recently we had Clera Windows to replace all our windows and patio door in our house. We got quotes from some of the window companies that have the best reviews in homestars.com. The new 3.5" vinyl casing recommended by Frank Altieri ( Branch Manager ) really sealed the deal. Frank spent hours with me and my wife explaining to us different options we could have. He even left me the sample window with the new casing so that I can show it to my wife when she returns from work. About the installation, Miguel Zarate and his 3-men team are great. They managed to have 30+ windows and patio door replaced in 3 days and most importantly they did a wonderful job. PS: Our 2.5" Jams extension is perfect size for our new 2" faux wood blinds..
