From the time I contacted Clera until the time my windows were installed, the service has been excellent. Alan Graveline is so easy to talk to regarding what type of windows would work for me in my home. However I must mention the professionalism of the two installers Tyler and Mike. They amazed me with their knowledge and ease of installing windows and I never heard one curse word. Please make sure you pass on my thanks and appreciation of a job “well done”. I am still sitting admiring my nice big, bright living room window.

Clera Windows has provided us with windows and doors on three separate occasions, including closing in a screened-in porch with windows. In all cases we have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the materials and the workmanship and will undoubtedly do more business with the company in the future.

Just a few words of thanks to Pierre and his colleague for the fantastic job they did on installing our two French doors, in Woodstock on Friday last. The new doors are such a tremendous improvement, I can't say enough! Also I have to say what an excellent job the guys did with the trim work, and especially in cleaning up afterwards, such a treat.

We are a repeat customer of Clera Windows and recently had 4 windows installed. Excellent and professional customer service provided by Gerald each time we have dealt with him. The quality of installation was fabulous although we did find several pieces of glass at the side of the house which was missed during clean-up. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend Clera Windows to family and friends based on customer service and quality of their products.

I recently purchased 13 windows from John from Clera. He was very knowledgeable and thorough during the sales visit. He made sure to explain all upgrades and additional costs so that at all times I was aware of the exact product and cost. The windows I received were exactly what I was expecting; high quality windows at a fair price. I can't believe how great they look. They have completely transformed the look of my 100+ year old house. My daughter's room used to get beat in the afternoons by the sun and was unbearable at 3:00pm. The temperature difference is amazing.

A year and half ago, my wife and I replaced all our windows in the house. The windows are great and the service was even better. We want to thank Rick Gaboury for providing excellant customer service throughout the purchasing cycle (advice in choosing the windows, walking us through financing options and most importantly providing great after service care). Although its been awhile since the windows have been installed, Rick still promptly respond to our queries. Thank you Rick.

Mid fall, 2012, we decided to replace the windows across the front and side of our home. Having done a full renovation in another home some years earlier, we knew the importance of doing our research and due diligence in securing the right company for the job. After a thorough and detailed search, we settled on three companies from whom to secure quotes and while all were in our ball park budget-wise, what impressed us most about Clera was their sales rep Rick, who did a thorough and utterly professional presentation, complete with samples for us to examine and as importantly, a willingness to answer all our questions of which we had many. When it came time for installation (which was right on time by the way), the installer, John and his team, brought equally high calibre skill sets to that part of Clera’s responsibilities. They removed our old and installed the new windows such that from the first day, we had no need for call backs. The job was perfectly done and the improvement to the appearance and general interior warmth was what we had hoped it would be. It is now three months since our job was completed. Our new windows function exactly as our sales rep Rick claimed they would and we know we got outstanding value and an excellent installation for our money. As a bonus, we no longer will need to periodically paint as these windows and frames are maintenance free. We highly recommend Clera to anyone considering replacing their windows. Great product, good people
