We just had a new front door, bay window and patio door installed, as well as a side door conversion to a window completed last week. We are thoroughly impressed with the quality of the windows & doors as well as the workmanship during the install. John van den Broek walked us through the process in selecting our windows and doors in early Februray and John Oserio with his team did an excellent job during the install. They were punctual, respectful of our home and cleaned up afterwards. The whole process went extremely well from start to finish and we'll be having FM Industries & Clera Windows come back next year to replace a few more windows in our home. Great job all around and I highly recommend that you give Clera a shout if you're considering having your windows &/or doors replaced.

My experience with this project was most exhilirating. Vito was very personable, and did a stellar job in presenting the product to my wife and I, clearly and unhesitatingly responding to all of our questions and concerns. He also invited us to visit the manufacturing facility, and personally gave us a brief tour. Steve and his installation crew were impressive and professional, and we are extremely pleased with the final product.

I just recently had new windows installed in my office and bedroom by FM windows of Stratford, using clera windows. I am absolutely impressed by the quality of window not to mention the installation was immaculate. Did a great job installing and cleaning up after which some company's have a hard time doing. We had basement windows put in last year by the same company and because of the quality of window and installation, we got them back again. I highly recommend having windows installed by Roger and his team of friendly window installers. I still have more windows to do and wont hesitate to call them back.

The windows and doors in my home have all been replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. In fact, over the years, some have been replaced more than once at no fault of the product. My experiences have all been very pleasant and I do not hesitate to recommend this company. Service is extremely important to them, and is obvious from the time of initial contact with sales personnel to the installation of the products of your choosing. They are on time, they professionally do the job, and then they even remove all stickers and vacuum up any mess on the job site! You will not be disappointed with this company.

We are very happy we choose Clera windows for the replacement of the windows and doors in our cottage. One of the reasons we picked Clera was because of the reviews on HomeStars. We had 26 windows installed two years ago. Our sales manager was amazing, very patient, as we kept changing our minds on window designs. He gave us a tour of the factory as we wanted to see how the windows were made and what our design would look like.( We wanted interior grills as well as exterior ones.) When someone is trying to sell you something they always go the extra mile to make the sale but recently we noticed a problem with one of our windows, i called Rick and explained. He was at our house the next day. We have never had such wonderful customer service. He stood by his product and the installation and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We are now even more impressed by this company. I am now looking into purchasing doors as i know their work is 100% guaranteed, they are trustworthy, professional and provide excellent service. Had Mr Ron Keay pay a visit to give me a quote for a frame and door install. He provided me with a magazine to have a look at the wide selection of doors I could choose from. The whole process was very smooth, from the quote to the installation. The installer was professional in that he cleaned up at the end. This is my 2nd time dealing with FM Industries as I purchased windows back in 2012 which I was very pleased with. All in all, I now have a beautiful backyard door and a few neighbours have already complimented how gorgeous it looks. I highly recommend that you at least give FM a call and get a quote from them. Very competitive pricing. Will do business again.

Recently my wife and I replaced the windows in the upper portion of our home. We chose Clera Windows and Doors for the job and we couldn’t be more delighted. I would to thank Frank Altieri for his kindness and generosity. We called Clera to have our front windows replaced. Frank was very patient and understanding to our needs and made us feel comfortable in our own home. We are retired and found the other consultants were very aggressive and we seemed pressured. This is why we chose Clera. Frank did not rush us at all and he was a pleasure dealing with. His installation team was headed by Paul Crawford and they were very courteous and professional.
