We recently had our windows replaced for our whole house, brick to brick installation for almost all of them. After obtaing several quotes from many different companies, we decided to choose Clera windows, and we are very happy with our choice. A big part of that choice was their sales manager, Frank Altieri. He was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. Their price was very competitive too. After the initial contract was agreed upon, Drew, the installer, came to the house to measure again. He was also very pleasant and was able to answer all the other questions I had as well. The installation guys were amazing too. They were very knowledgable, professional and helpful. They started work promptly each morning and even finished the very large job ahead of schedule. Frank followed up very well before, during and after the job was completed. He was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that came up, as was Drew and John and Corey. We are very pleased with the end product. The windows look beautiful from the inside and outside. Our friends have commented that the windows look great as they drive by too. We are very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Clera windows, Frank, Drew and their guys to our friends and neighbours. Thanks again everyone!

We had three large windows, Patio Door and Front door replaced in 2010 and had two more windows replaced in October of this year (2012). The first install was completed on schedule and the installation was completed in a very professional manner. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional, took the time to explain the entire replacement process, answer all of my technical questions, and left my property in a clean and tidy state. the success of the first install was why I chose FM Windows for the replacement of the balance of my windows. This installation also was completed in a very professional manner. FM Industries provided competitive prices, and the quality of the windows and installation is exceptional.

I had a few quotes. Then Clera came in with their quote and by far Clera is the best. The installers did a great job too. Good jobs guys. Well done.

While I haven’t bought any of their products, Clera has helped me out tremendously advice wise. Their blog has a lot of helpful tips for maintaining your windows. I never knew I could use bubble wrapping to insulate. I am for sure going to try this out this winter.

Our home had windows that were installed by FM Industries in 1982 by the previous owners. We wanted to change the look of the front of our home, 9 windows single hung type and we wanted the hinged type casements with tubeular pewter pencil grills- black in colour to match our shutters . Special thanks to the installation team for the immaculate job.

John Gainham has done a lot of work in our neighbourhood and after we got our patio door and dealing with John we know why so many of our neighbors has used his company.

The service and quality was excellent from our initial visit with Adam to the completion of the work! Adam was very informative and helped make the decision on the new window style very easy. Kevin and Ryan did a great job removing the old awning, installing and insulating the new window and cleaning up afterwards. We now have a Beautiful new front window which has updated the outside of our home and given us a warm and sunny room on the inside. We are very happy with the staff and product and would highly recommend Clera Windows and Doors.
