We are very pleased with the new front door system from FM clera windows. We knew when we purchased our home that the front door , transom and side lights needed replacing, but were concerned that the cost would be beyond our budget's reach. Eugene M. showed us many options available in our price range and helped us choose a system that was both affordable and would compliment our home. He arranged the installation and followed up with us to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. We are very happy with our decision to buy from FM CLera and compliment the professional attitude shown by both Eugene and the installer, Miguel. Once again, a job well done. We will certainly use this company for our future window projects.

Got a new front and kitchen window to replace original ones. Gerald was very helpful and would purchase from him again. Windows look great and so does the house fast clean service.

Finally got our windows and doors done. Researched quite a few companies and decided to go with Clera Windows. Dennis came out to our home gave us a quote within our budget. All windows, front door and patio doors done. 2 day job. Windows look great we are very happy with the results. Thanks to Dennis and all the workers from Clera. Job well done!!!

What comes to mind when I think of good quality customer service and pricing? Yes indeed, it is Clera Windows. Like any projects, there bound to be bumps along the way, regardless of the obstacles, Clera holds true to their words. Recently, I had all the windows in my homes replaced and there were a few minor issues in proportion to the aging of the structure itself and the windows installed. I raised the issues to Clera, they took care of them to my satisfaction as a home owner. Most company would either delay in rectifying the issue or missing in action completely, especially after full payment is made. Clera was there for me. Frank Altieri at Clera has been an integral part of this experience, he's easy to work with, great personality - his commitment and assistance made the entire transaction going smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for a job well done Frank! I am thoroughly enjoying my new windows knowing all are in order and Clera will be there for me when needed.

Hi Terry, Wonderful experience, very professional & the guys were easy to get along with. Nice to see them work as a team. I was impressed by their use of drop cloths & the number they used on the carpets & tile The guys not only used these but vacuumed after all work was completed. I had patio doors replaced in apartments, to replace the existing door and windows. Right from the start, Jennifer was able to come to meet and take the specifics of the patio doors requested within days. We requested side opening and she made the calls to get what we wanted. The day after they were received, Jeff and his guys installed them. They were properly installed and the extras done. No complaints. It is so nice to have a job done, as requested!! For my downtown home, Clera recently (early Nov) installed 3 large fixed & 1 large casement window in my livingroom; 2 double hung windows plus replaced 3 sliding patio doors.Vito Paonessa, my sales manager did an super job from the quote, followup on scheduling the installation and even came by on installation day to check how things were going. The crew were just outstanding and completed the installation in one day. Can't say enough good things about their professionalism. I was so pleased I ordered another 5 windows to finish off my house early next year. I had done much research and obtained several other quotes and am very pleased with my decision to go with Clera. You won't be disappointed! First rate in every area of service.

I am writing this to let you know how pleased I am with my new Clera window. I had contacted Al at Branch 35 with regards to having my front window replaced, and have a storm door and some shutters installed. He was able to come and give me a quote the same day that I called, which I appreciated greatly as I was quite anxious to get the process in motion. On 09 Nov I was a very happy to have my window, storm door and shutters installed. When I stopped in on my lunch to see how things were going the workmen were friendly, happily answering my questions. I was so impressed with how quickly the job was completed, it was all done in a few short hours, and that the gentlemen completing the installation made sure to clean up after themselves. I really love my new window, it has definitely made a difference to the look of my house from the outside. It is not only attractive, but I am so pleased that I can open up both sides to allow for more fresh air flow. I live in Petawawa and my postal code is K8H 3M5. I have also attached a picture of my house with the newly installed window, storm door and shutters.

Clera Windows and Doors recently installed a picture window in our home, and we are most happy with the results. The installer (Mario) was great, and he cleaned up really well when he was finished.
