The Sales Rep. Rick was very friendly and helpful in helping us choose the right door system for our house. The price was a few hundred dollars less than other door systems of similar quality. The installation was carried out within the expected timeframe by very professional installer John and his assistant. Rick even came by the day of the installatin to make sure things were going well. I would recommend Rick, John and Clera to anyone.

This was a large project that was constantly changing in window sizes. Steve Wright was very easy to work with not to mention his patience with the ever changing sizes and still managed to deliver within the time frame needed. A very good quality product at an affordable price. We are extremely satisfied.

I recently had a great experience with Chris Larock and his installers from Clera. They showed up on time, were very professional, got right to work, one inside, one outside, worked together when necessary, finished beautifully, insulated fully, cleaned up afterwards and it looks fantastic. I'd use them again.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the product. Mr Bob Tessier took the time to meet with me on a weekend and provide me with a proper estimate, brought a great deal of literature on his products, a portfolio filled with actual pictures of previous projects, Window samples etc. He was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into making a decision on the spot. The Window was received within the given timeframe and the installer Mr Chris Flaro was excellent!!! Mr Flaro's work exceeded my expectations, he is meticulous, the Window looks amazing both inside and out, the caulking is superb and he even fixed my inner door to the garage which had been jamming since we first moved in while he was on the job and unbeknownst to me. I only wish I had heard of FM windows beforehand as I had had 3 windows installed by another company in the Cornwall area another a year ago and had been greatly disappointed with their service and quality of installation. My coworker had referred me to FM and I will be sure to do the same. I highly recommend Mr Tessier and Mr Flaro.

I have been in construction for 25 years. Recently I purchased windows from Clera windows and Doors and installed them myself. The order was ready when promised and the quality exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using these windows in future projects and I would give them my recommendations.
