We recently had all our windows and doors replaced on our home, eleven windows and four doors. What a job. We initially met with Dennis who was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He set up the timeline for the work, which was carried out by Ranjit and his crew, who did a great job. Ranjit was always polite and would answer any questions you would have. Dennis and Ranjit (and his crew), were a good group of guys to have for this major project of ours. We would recommend them to anyone!

I only had one window needed to be changed and the sales rep treated me as if I was buying all new windows. Great to see someone that will provide top service no matter how small the order is. Vito was great!

Wow, what a fantastic job! We recently had all windows, brick to brick, front door and back doors replaced. From our first meeting with Frank, whom was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, to the installation by Drew we were very impressed! The house looks great, definitely a worthy investment. The windows and doors look fantastic and we highly recommend Clera to anyone who is looking for professional service and a job well done!

We decided to replace a damaged wooden window about five years ago. We were so pleased with the result that we have since replaced all of our windows, including the palladium window in our living room and changing the patio doors to French doors. We have been very happy with the professional service over the years and extremely pleased with the finished results. The new Clera windows have really added value to our home! This summer, I replaced all the windows in my home. I decided to go with Clera Windows and Doors and I am very pleased with the windows, the workmanship and the whole experience. Rick worked with me to explain all about the windows and to show me all the options available. The installation team did a great job.

This summer I decided to invest in a new rear sliding door. My current door was not working properly and it was time to replace it. After looking over my options, including quality, price and integrity, I made the decision to buy from Clera and also had them install it. It has now been 2 months and my door is perfect, an easy buying process and professional installation make my choice the right one, thanks Clera for your excellent products and service.

We were in the market for replacing the last two windows in our home and came across the flyer from Clera and I called and set up an appointment. Steve Wright came and presented what Clera had to offer us and gave us a full background view of the company and how they operate. Not once did I feel "pressured" into anything and my questions were all important and answered fully. We had been "searching" for the right "fit" to do these two rather large windows and Clera fulfilled our requirements. Shortly afterwards, Chris, the head of install, showed up to do the final measurements and I discussed my concerns about exactly what Clera could provide to solve the issues I had with such a big window. Cleaning them was always difficult. I explained to Chris what I would like the windows and why and between us both, we resolved my issues so well that when they were installed, my husband and neighbours were astounded at what a great idea it was to have chosen the windows Chris helped me select. Of course, there was a small adjustment to what the overall costs would be but Steve made this change a breeze to make. Windows were ordered and installed when we agreed. The installers, Ken and Tim were polite, professional and clean. They respected my home and belongings ensuring all was good and proper. The job was done in a timely fashion and today we still marvel at what a wonderful product Clera has provided for us. We are so impressed we have shown neighbours our windows and one neighbour I know of has hired Clera to do their windows. I have also recommended Clera to my collegues at work who will be in the market for new windows and doors. Knowing that this company services only Ontario and manufactures all their own windows etc, gave me a warm fuzzy feeing and for sure, this winter, we WILL be even warmer thanks to the new windows! We were looking for a high level of professionalism and care in our window replacement team. Lucky for us we found Clera Windows and Doors. We can't say enough positive comments about Dennis their salesman and Ranjit the on-site foreman both of whom were polite, professional and punctual. The work was down quickly with little or no mess and any conerns we had where taken care of in a timely matter. I would highly recommend Dennis and his team to anyone.
