We recently had to replace all the windows at the front of our house and obtained quotes from 5 window companies / installers before settling on Clera. Frank Altieri was the consumate professional throughout the sales process and even arranged an impressive factory tour. Their installer, Drew, did a fantastic job on all the windows which look great. From the sale, to installation, everything was done in a professional manner. The quality of the front door and the two styles of windows is top notch. The price may seem high, but we chose one of the pricier doors with a side window. Now that we replaced a few of our windows, we will be using FM windows (now CLERA windows+doors) in the future. They look great from the inside and have nice curb appeal.

Just wanted to take a minute and say how happy I am with my new windows. I found the salesman John very knowledgable and Carl, who installed my windows, did a great job. And the windows are great...look ever better than I hoped!

I never really appreciated how difficult it would be buy windows; fortunately the sales rep from Clera Windows was so thorough and took the time to make sure I fully understood the whole process. From the time of signing the order everything ran so smoothly, from meeting Chris who came to measure the windows and fully explain the installation process through to the installation by Tim and his crew - this has been a real 10 experience.

We had an excellent experience with Gene Morlando and FM/Clera. He was easy to deal with, professional and friendly. He thoroughly explained the product and continued to follow up after the installation. The installers did a great job and we're very happy with our purchase. The windows look great, were installed well and perform as they should. The 3 patio doors are great. We notice a decrease in out door noise. We investigated several other companies and choose FM/Clera because of the ease and comfort dealing with Gene. I have more doors and windows to replace and I will go to FM/Clera and Gene.

We recently had our windows and patio door replaced by Clera. We had decided on Clera based on the great reviews we read. Rick and Blair did a great job. We recently decided to upgrade some of our old windows and a slider that no longer worked properly and lost their insulation value. We contacted CLERA and received a visit from their sales rep. Ken measured the designated units and we accepted his calculated prices. We signed a contract with the promise of delivery in 6 to 8 weeks. Within the promised time the delivery was made and the items in question arrived. The installers proceeded in a very professional manner and did a fast efficient job. The windows and door are truly a work of fine craftsmanship and very good value. The entire experience was in every way very satisfying and satisfactory. We will in future be using their fine service again.

This is the second time I have used the service provided by Don Liddell of the Mississauga branch. He was helpful both times and was able to deliver the product on time. His installer Deigo was professional and cleaned up after the installation. Thanks Don

We recently purchased a patio door from your company and had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Peyman. He was very pleasant to deal with and showed a great deal of product knowledge and at no time pressured my husband or I for a decision.
