My wife and I have now got our second batch of windows put in our home from Clera Windows and Doors. We had some done last year and now did the rest. We are very impressed with Gerald and his professionalism. He gave us a lot of options and was very knowledgeable about his project. Jeff came to install the windows both times and he has done a great job every time. He cleaned up and exceeded all our expectations. The windows look fabulous in our home and we are so happy to tell everyone who we have in our home, that Clera windows and Doors did them and to show them off. Thank you for looking after our window needs.

We decided to purchase windows from Gerald after having some of our neighbours use them for their window projects. We are very pleased with Gerald and how honest he was and his no pressure sales tactics. It was a very easy decision to buy from him. We had our install done by Graham and he was punctual and very hardworking. The install was neat and the installer did a great job! He cleaned everything up when he was done. The product is great and we are so pleased with our new windows. I will make sure to keep passing the word along in the neighbourhood to purchase their windows from Clera Windows and Doors.

I needed to replace my front door, upgrade the window inserts for my garden doors, and replace an older ineffecient window. The sales rep was punctual with quotes and understanding of our desire to get multiple estimates for the work. Once we decided the move forward with the project all details were confirmed to ensure accuracy, a proper contract drafted to protect everyone's interests fairly, and the product was delivered and installed on time and for the contracted price. The installers were polite, tidy, thorough, and respectful of my property. Excellent value.

The three-man installation crew did an excellent job in installing the large dining room window,and cleaned up everything afterwards. Service after the sale was excellent. Marcello and Chris were both very professional. My wife and I are highly pleased with the quality and look of the window that Clera installed. We will gladly recommend Clera products and services to others.

We had Dave Guichelaar complete a window installation at our home in Owen Sound this past winter. Dave was very available to meet our schedule for an initial consult, and left us with an estimate to consider on the spot, which was fantastic. The project was completed in a very timely and professional manner, and the jobsite was left tidy. We are very happy with the installation and the product, and would be pleased to recommend Dave's work and FM windows anytime.

Frank,you were not the first quoted that I received but after your presentation I knew that Clera Window took all the steps to develop BSP (best service practices) and that impressed me because no other sales person had. I wanted to tell you from the first day we meet I felt comfortable with the purchase, I was assured that the purchase and the installation is the best on the market and that is exactly what I received. I want to thank also the installers Drew and Stefano they were accommodating and very polite, no matter how many time or how dirty my floors were from the installation, every time they came in they would remove their shoes. The installer ran into problems and they worked with me to achieve the best results. I was every pleased with their conduct, professionalism and respect to towards us. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. PS Since the installation of new window, I do not hear the birds in the morning singing.

we are very happy with the new windows we had installed in our 30 year old home that we moved into just four months ago. All 23 windows were in dire need of replacing. the crew did a great job! my only disappoint is that 2 windows were ordered the wrong size and we still haven't heard when they'll be in. It's going on 5 weeks now. They held back a certain $ amount because of this but I would really just like the job completed.

In March 2012, we dealt with your company and had all our windows and two doors changed. The contractor that did all the work is named Argan. After the installation, we had an auditor come and inspect the work so we can take advantage of the government grants that were available. After the auditor finished all the testing, he advised us tht the job was extremely well done and that he does not see that very often. He told us that the doors and windows were installed in such a matter that the air leakage of the house considerably decreased and he highly commends the contractor for his work. It is extremely satisfying for us to hear that. Indeed, Argan, the contractor, not only was a great individual to deal with, but apparently his work was close to perfect! Not one person misses to tell us how great our windows and doors look. Moreover, as we are a family experienced in labour and building (it is our line of work), we can assure you that the final work looks and feels great. I am writing this email to commend Argan for his great work and great personality. He was always charming, helpful, he worked fast but without cutting corner and he was very professional. We think that he brings great values to your company and should be commended.
