I recently had windows and doors installed by Clera and was most impressed with all facets of my experience. The installers (Paul and crew) were on time, were extremely professional and courteous. They worked really hard and did an outstanding job. I am most pleased with the new windows and would definitely recommend Clera Windows and Doors without hesitation.

We had our windows, patio door and front door installed by Tim, Ken and Chris last week. We have no words to express how professional these guys were and how valuable their input meant to us. They cleaned everything at the end of the day. We have nothing but good things to say about this company. They deserve a 10+++

After researching a couple of companies, we selected Clera to replace our patio door. The project was not just a straight forward replacement and involved the widening of our patio door by cutting brick, eliminating two windows, and creating a nice finished look for the new sill. Don Liddell, the dealer for Mississauga was very detailed with his information and had assured us that his installer, Diego was very capable of doing the job, that he had done many jobs like it, and that he had over 20 years experience. All proved to be true and we are very pleased with the end result.

We recently had our front entry door in Mississauga replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. Don, the sales representative, was very helpful in providing us with the information we needed to make an informed decision. Diego, the installer did a great job putting the door in. We had asked for a colour sample so that we could get paint to match our other doors and received that as well as some touch up paint if we ever need it. We were very pleased with the service we received from Clera and would definitely recommend them to our friends. >

I had purchased new windows & patio door for my house and had FM Windows install them in 2006. They made such a difference - not only in appearance, but savings in heatng costs. I recently had trouble with the lock on my patio doors & called them to estimate a cost for parts & service. The Regional Mgr., Bob Tessier arrived 2 days after my call on my lunch break from work. He found the problem and since he suprisingly had a spare part in his car, he fixed it on the spot - free of charge!!!! I am so thankful & impressed for the generous & fantastic service I received. I have had most of my windows replaced by Clera windows over the course of 2 or 3 years with Chris Larock. We are very pleased with the product and the professional manner with which they were installed. We wanted to do a few windows at a time and we never felt pressured to do any more than we wanted. I will recommend Clera windows to my friends and family.

Avni and 'the boys' arrived right on schedule yesterday morning, and all was cleaned up by around 2 or so. They all worked very efficiently and cordially together, and Avni was very upbeat and professional. The windows look great, both inside and out. At first I was somewhat uncertain about the slightly smaller glass surface area, but, of course I had lived with the originals for more than 12 years, so any small change is quite noticeable. (In fact, I had the same sense of difference when I first removed the curtains, surprised by the degree of change even a small window covering could make). However, I have now adapted completely, and they are now my 'new normal'. The larger window above the sink was similarly 'different' at first, but I like it very much, so thanks for making that suggestion. The clean-up also was very impressive. Since it is a sunny morning, I can certainly see some fingerprints and 'foggy' spots both inside and out, but that is not a criticism as much as an observation. I will get out my Windex, and do a more thorough job over the next few days, to be certain that there are no residues attributable to 'gifts' left inside the glass surfaces during manufacturing, but I doubt this very much. Incidentally, the windows which were removed had not been cleaned outside for more than a year (and I live near a quarry), and I noted a substantial cobweb on the inside of one, so I am not whining! As promised, there were also "no surprises" (except a very pleasant one as the gentlemen even took the time to make some minor adjustments to two of my door frames so they now open much more smoothly.) All in all, I am very pleased, and want to thank you for the service, apparent quality of the windows, and the entire experience provided by choosing Clera.

I just wanted to send a quick note expressing my experience thus far with Clera Windows. My wife and I recently purchased a resale home and wanted to replace all of the upper level windows. Upon hearing your ad on the radio, I decided to call for a quote. Alan Graveline set up an appointment in the evening to accomodate my work schedule and proceeded to explain everything as he prepared a quote. My wife and I did some comparison shopping and although it was very competitive, we were at odds with which company we wanted to go with. I was quite impressed with Alan's knowledge and professionalism and I argued to give our business to Clera Windows. He came back with a better offer as he convinced me to go with the brick-to-brick installation and satisfied my wife enough to sign the contract. From the initial contact, explanation of the process and financing options we have been very satisfied with our experience thus far. I know we chose the right company to fit our needs and would gladly recommend Clera Windows to friends and family. Looking forward to seeing our brand new windows installed in June and can't wait to start the savings!

We're very happy with both the final quality of our windows and doors, as well as the professionalism of both the sales staff and the installation team that we dealt with. Our windows look great, the clean-up was professional, and the team that installed our windows and doors in two days (12 windows and 2 doors) were friendly and respectfull of our home.
