Clera windows changed one big window in our living room, a smaller one on a bedroom upstairs and the smallest one in our bathroom. Roddy from Clera was the salesperson back in Jan/2012, he was very knowleadgeable and courteous. The drawback was that they were very busy and the installation was going to take place some time at end of Feb/2012 early Mar/2012. Finally in the 1st week of March, Sandro (the installer) came to change the windows, it was a lot of work since we went "brick to brick installation" Sandro came on a Friday (Mar/02/2012) morning and mananged to change the living room window and the bedroom one. He left the most complicated for the next day Sat. He did some really good job, including the trimming, cil and insulation of all windows. We will use Clera Windows again. Carlos and Pilar.

I LOVE my new windows from Clera. It's a one stop shop - where they manufacture custom made windows and install them with a lifetime warranty. Clera Windows did a fantastic job on our older home. Clera put the wow back into our home when we replaced all our windows. The windows look beautiful and my front door is spectacular. On time, on budget, great price promotion. Clera's tradesmen were professional, on time and considerate - they even made sure my dog was back in the house when leaving. Every speck of debris was cleaned up both inside and out. They explained product warranties and showed us operational benefits. Sales team even followed up a day later to make sure of satisfaction. Highly recommend for your next window or door project.

We had old leaky sliding windows in our house and decided to replace them and after careful consideration and much debate we picked Clera and their sales rep Terry. We met with Terry and found him to be very honest and sincere. We had 11 windows installed, all in one day and the installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves, including the complete removal of our old windows. A job well done. We are very satisfied with the windows, the price, and the installation.

My husband and I met with Don, from FM industries. We liked what the company had to offer, other homes they did in our area and their prices were competitive. They did a great job and we actually got a rebate because of how much more efficient our home was. I would recommend this company.

I just wanted to say how happy I was with the installtion job that Clera windows did for me,. The winodw and patio door quality was great and the installtion superb! Terry and his team were great to deal with and everything went off without a hitch.

Gene worked very hard to work around our schedule - came to the house to see the site and make sure he was giving us the best price and solution for our space & needs. The on-line form others rely on made Clera's personal service all that more impressive. Clera's price was fair, we were shown samples and with a CSA approval we know we made the right choice for our home. Price is one thing, service is another - with Clera we got both.

We ended up going with Clera windows after an exhaustive search process with numerous vendors. Ultimately it came down to Rick's (Clera salesperson) ability to answer our questions and to meet our needs. The windows ended up getting installed within the promised timeline and Mark did an awesome job - the windows all look great, and the small touches made all the difference in the world. I would definitely recommend Clera.
