Ken came over and mearsured for our new windows and main door. Very accurate and knowledgable for the quote. The crew took three days to do the windows and the bay window and window over door were most difficult but the crew made it look easy. The crew work fast and kept things clean and were a joy to have around. FM/ Clara windows is by far the best of the companies we looked. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do their windows or doors. Top notch all the way.

Very good products - expert installation - solid cleanup and care - Salesperson Gene Morlando was excellent in his knowledge and appreciation of what we needed and how we should go about it. He was always available to call and inspected the job to make sure it was properly done. Both myself and my wife were very satisfied. Anyone needing windows would be wise to contact Gene - his overall service was outstanding.

We recently had all of our windows and our patio door replaced in our home in Etobicoke. We hired Clera Windows/FM after several consultations with many manufacturers. THIS IS OUR SECOND PROJECT WITH FM INDUSTRIES THIS YEAR. WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH OUR FRONT DOOR ENTRY SYSTEM THAT WE DECIDED TO DO THE BALANCE OF THE HOUSE. THE INSTALLERS WERE IN OUR HOME FOR TWO DAYS AND LEFT THE HOUSE AS CLEAN AS WHEN THEY ARRIVED. OUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOUR LYNDA WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY THAT SHE PLACED AN ORDER FOR 8 WINDOWS FOR THIS YEAR.

I recently had my windows replaced by FM Industries/Clera Windows & Doors and I must admit that much like with any project I was a little worried. Although our initial consultation with our salesman was very informative and helpful in choosing our products we were eager to see our product and FM's crew " in action". Clearly our concerns were unnecessary .. From the initial contact with their installers the organization cleanliness and professionalism of the team was evident and continued to manifest itself in many ways throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The extra care that must only come from a family operated business is evident throughout all it's branches from sales installation and service thereafter. Thank you for an outstanding job!

I had Clera install two sets of windows in my house. The one window was not what I had expected as we are preparing our home for our aging years. I contacted Clera and explained why this window was not appropriate from a cleaning point of view. I told them that I was prepared to pay for the difference in cost. They told me that they would place this as a rush job, replace the window and install the window at no additional cost. The new window is perfect and is exactly what I wanted. I will be able to easily clean this window in my house without a ladder, which is exactly what I was looking for. My husband and I were both pleased with how they handled this situation. All the windows on the main floor of our house were recently replaced by F M Windows & Doors. The bay window, especially, was very well done. The crew took the time to ensure that the window was installed properly, and that the outside was well insulated, well protected from the elements, and that it looked very good. We are pleased with the results.

Never thought I would bother writing a review of this type, but following only what I can describe as an amazing experience did I decide to do otherwise. We have just invested over $18,000 in windows and patio door for our home in Kanata, and feel that every penny was well spent. From day one after Steve (Salesman) left our house we had full confidence in Clera Windows and Doors, but after Chris the Installation Manager had dropped by to re-measure and inform us how the installation would go did we know for sure we had made the right decision. The job is now complete and we are thrilled, thanks Steve, Chris and your installers for a job well done. Phillip

Worst experience ever! One installer showed up for a two man job--he scratched our hardwood floors, dinged the ceiling and walls, cut himself and got blood on the carpet (and denied it)--also used one of my WHITE towels without asking to wipe it up, he put a dirty bucket on my sons expensive wool rug and left a ring mark, and he made a big mess with wood chips. We ordered doors with internal blinds and they were faulty--had to have replaced. One door leaked and all doors are hard to lock. The salesman was very apologetic and tried to help matters, but the installer ruined it for us. We have many more windows and doors to replace but will not be calling them back. UPDATE (NOV 8th)--I have changed my "zero" to a 10 because FM windows read my review and called me to fix the issues. They are reinstalling all 3 doors at their expense so that they are done properly as well as fixing the damage caused by the installer. It's great that they stand behind their product. They are a family run business and have gone out of their way to make things right. Thank-you FM!
