As I said they were in the process. Unfortunately with the rain last night my window is still leaking. After receiving my complaint the company addressed my problem promptly and they are in the process of repairing the job. I had windows installed many years ago. At some point a leak developed in my front windows, I had one of their installers out to complete the capping they forgot 10 years ago .... he inspected the job and advised the orginal capping was not done properly. I have been chasing them for 4 months trying to get them to fix my window leaks and to date they keep stalling. No idea why as I have to pay for the labour it is not covered in their life time warranty. I have contacted both the head office and the local Markham dealer numerous times without any result.

I had windows and doors installed in my home. The sales person was very profesional. When the installation people came to our home they were on time and cleaned up very well.The windows and doors look great and operate easily. I would recomend FM Windows and Doors

I Had Larry Come out From Paris, On. FM wasn't the Cheapest but they were far from the highest price. After Larry showed me the quality of the Clera products, even went on line and showed me the CSA rating as compared to some of the other companys I felt that I was dealing with the right company Now that the job is complete I know I dealt with the right company. Just wanted to say thank you to the crew. Job well done

Chris came to the house took care of all my concerns let me know what was going on at all times removed and re installed all the windows properly now just waiting for the first big rainfall.

So pleased with salesman-Gary Gainham, installers and the quality of windows and doors, LOVE the 33 months to pay with no interest. Would highly recommend them - quality is very high, service is great!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new door and window. The installers did a fantastic job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very approacheable. I actually think the workspace was cleaner after they left then when they got here.. lol. All kidding aside, we are very, very happy with the outcome, and I can assure you that we will recommend FM windows.

Great installer. Attention to detail, excellent! Flexible payment options. Highly recommend. Was careful in removing old windows. Did not leave any material behind. They were very professional and we would call them back if we need anything else.

Being in a business where your word to deliver is key, I must say I was pleasantly surprised to have my expectations exceeded. I had the fortunate pleasure of having Adam K and his team from Brampton working on our house install some windows and patio door. I was most impressed with the time Adam took in explaining what makes his company and product so much better than most. Their attention to little details and their commitment to finishing the job was quite refreshing. The crew was quite professional in their approach to the job, ensuring the area was as clean as possible. I have referred business to Adam and will continue to do so. Replaced most of the windows in our home with single sliders. Price was a bit better than competing quotes. Product was fine, came on time, installation was a mess. Installer had to come back 5 times to finish capping work and missed some caulking, came back when we weren't home, etc. I can recommmend the product but they need to work on their installer training.

Dennis and his installer were awesome. They did a great job. Being cold weather, they made sure that our house was not exposed to cold for a long time. Also, they left house very neat and clean. We highly recommend FM windows to everyone.
