Door issues fixed
Hi had a few double doors that had issues (rattling, seal not perfect and wind/air coming in). I spoke to Rita and she sent over Andrea to look into the issue. I wasn't sure what to expect (i.e. a surprise....second appointment, etc.). To my amazement, Andrew quickly acknowledged the problem and went right onto fixing the doors....1.5hr hours later they were all done. He walked me through what the issue was and what he did to resolve it. He let me test each door and I was satisfied as the doors were much "tighter" than before. Great work Andrey!

Repair back door locking system
We had a Clera door installed in 2019 and was very happy with the door and the installation service. (It is a three way locking system). Last week I contacted Clera as the dead bolt wasn't working properly. It barely locked. Salik at Clera very quickly arranged for a locksmith and my locking system was all repaired by Friday. I am very happy with the service Salik provided and the locksmith he sent to my home. I highly recommend Clera for their products and follow up service. Jacquie

Patio door- window glass
Windows glass and door went in perfectly - clean up was well done. You would never know the glass was replaced.

New windows and doors
Recognizing we were going through a lockdown with the virus-I was initially disappointed with the salesman’s lack of communication. However in the end he rallied and took extra steps to properly get the job done right. The installers Jeff and Marvin were superb-professional, skilled, dedicated to getting a big job done well. In the end, I would recommend these folks and clera windows

^ Windows,4 Front Room,One bathroom,One Kitchen
The windows seem nice. Workers worked hard. My husband and I are retirees and not too happy with their cleaning methods. Half way through the worker decided to cover up furniture which was covered with saw dust. The workers used no tarps to cover up bathroom or kitchen cabinets which also were covered up with saw dust. Windows were after cleaned with windex but in literature require that you use soapy water. Two days later my husband picks up a screw in driveway where their trailer was. We had a lot of cleaning up and coffee maker on kitchen covered up with sawdust. Not happy with service but windows look really nice.

I’m out of windows to have them work on! I highly recommend!
We have always been happy with Clera windows. We had a few windows replaced by another company, switched to clera, and are much happier with the quality and service. I’m sad to be out of windows and doors for them to replace!

Clera doesn’t complete their work - leaves customers in limbo
I do not recommend Clera windows and doors. While the actual team that did the installation of 2 doors and 2 windows in February was great, the products I received were either wrong, faulty or not delivered at all. The full glass door in the back was supposed to be clear glass per the contract but frosted glass was installed. I notified Clera the instant I saw it. It’s now been 3 months and Clera has not installed the proper glass and will not provide me with a date on replacing the glass, only excuses. It is highly frustrating to not be able to see the backyard from my house and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. I was promised matching key holes for the front and back door. The matching key holes was in the contract so the kids and I only needed to carry one key. The salesman agreed to it and put it in the contact but it was never delivered. After 3 months of follow up, Clera sent me money and I now have to find someone else to fulfill the matching locks. The deadbolt on the front door doesn’t fully turn unless you lift the door slightly so the bolt and hole align. This is required to lock and unlock the door. My daughter does not have the strength to lift the door to lock or unlock it. So if there’s an emergency that requires her getting in or out of that door, she cannot do it. I’m told by Clera that it has to wait until they can install the proper glass at the back door - two unrelated issues with a TBD date. Completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen and I know that things can go sideways sometimes but Clera windows has no interest in completing a job they agreed to do and have been paid for. If you’re looking for a door and/or window contractor, I recommend not choosing Clera - they do not complete the job they’re hired to do.

New Windows
Gary of Clera Windows and Doors (his crew) installed new windows for me this week. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the results. The windows are well-made and installed beautifully. I am already getting many compliments on them. The crew did an exceptional job of the cleanup, you would never know they were here except for my new windows. I am very happy with the results

Patio Door
They did an excellent job of installing my patio door. I would highly recommend Mr. Linder and his company to anyone. I’m very satisfied with the new door.

Window replacement
We bought 5 windows from Adam with approximate delivery 10-12 weeks. The windows were ready earlier and we had them installed by Ranjan, he did a fabulous job and installed everything within the estimated time, to out full satisfaction . We recommend the company and its employees
