In the process of being delivered. I dealt with Nathan Davis who has been a real pleasure to deal with. Contact with the company has been real easy. The drawings and blueprints etc came well in advance so as to prepare site. Received a call from Johnny (Delivery Truck Driver) and gave us his itinerary. The whole experience has been tremendous so far.

In April 10, 2018 we were shopping around for a building (shop / storage) in Brighton, ON and we ended up calling Future Buildings to see what they had available. We were fortunate to speak with Ross Lancaster. It took him less than 15 minutes to understand what we were looking for by listening actively and probing further with the right questions. Once we identified the size of the building, he offered us a significant discount. Ross's deep knowledge about the product and solutions were key points for our decision. We felt like Ross was more concerned about us getting the right solution rather than focusing on just closing the sale. His level of expertise inspires confidence and made us feel that we are / were with the right company that would walk us through every step until completion of our project from beginning to the end. Ross even sent us 2 different certified sets of drawings (including concrete) to accommodate our needs and budget at no cost. He also made several prompt follow ups to make sure that all our questions and concerns were covered. The whole experience with Future Buildings was seamless, pleasant and affordable. Building took a total of 35 days to put-up. (start to finish) Did not think it would take this long. Main door was to small. Had door made larger.

We installed three future steel buildings, Mark was great to work with, the support was very good and the quality of the buildings was excellent

I dealt with Mike and he made buying a building very easy. He covered in detail what I would need and how easily it would be to put up by myself. No need to hire a company to construct it. He stayed in contact with me and is available for any questions I may have

Building itself is good, however installation plans did not have detail needed to put building on wood platform. Materials lacked to do install on woof platform. I indicated the size of the platform and the building was larger than platform. We had to extend the platform and shrink the building footprint to make it fit. Building caused water to leak at the joint with the wood platform. We are having a struggle to get it sealed. While this building would be good on a concrete base it does not work on a wood platform as was indicated to the salesman. If we were aware of the issues we are having I would have NOT purchased the building but we would have gone with our original plan of a stick built structure.

Am happy to say my experience dealing with Future Steel Buildings was top rate. From the initial contact with the salesman to the delivery of the building I can say there were no problems. Would recommend this company to anyone interested.

I viewed an advertisement for a Future Building online. The next day Anthony Curtajar and we discussed multiple options for my need for addition Garage space at my summer cottage. I told him I could build a wooden structure for $7000 and he said why would you ever use wood when you could build your Garage with METAL with a 30 Year Warrantee. Anthony was always available when I called and asked him Questions. He was very knowledgeable and what ever he couldn't answer he was sure to ask the Factory or Engineering to get me answers. Delivery went flawlessly.

20x28 metal building kit DYI construction - called the engineer a couple of times for consultation he was very helpful.

Very helpful great customer service.not started the installation yet but looking forward to it.
