While this whole project seemed overwhelming at first, I am very satisfied with the support received from all departments. Once I had a good work crew together we have managed to erect 6 out of 10 arches (as of this writing). It has all gone together just as stated in the instruction manual. We first assembled all but the sidewall, then using a fork lift to raise the assembled arch it went together quit readily, using a tapered spike to line up the holes. I have to build my own front, and one thought is that it would be nice to have some suggestion as to how to do this, eg. what have others done, especially regarding framework.

To be honest when my husband & I first started this journey we really didn’t know exactly what we were looking for. Just like anyone would these days we started surfing the web trying to figure things out. That’s when we stumbled upon FUTURE BUILDINGS & we decided to give them a call. That was one Of the best decisions that we have ever made. We met Andrew over the phone and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He was so happy, friendly & best of all VERY HELPFUL! He answered every single question that I had ( & believe me I think I asked a million). Then he talked at length with my husband & worked out every detail of our building. We both knew that we were getting EXACTLY what we wanted. The cherry on top was we got a lot of building at an FANTASTIC PRICE! Just when I thought things couldn’t get better I got to meet Beatrice (over the phone of course). I LOVED talking with her! I found myself looking forward to our calls, not to mention that she was able to accommodate my every need. She even helped postpone the delivery of my building when my husband was called away on business. I was ELATED on how helpful she was. When our Building was delivered we got the chance to meet Abey ( sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) he was hilarious. He had traveled a very long way to bring us our building & his stories of his journey were VERY ENTERTAINING. He kept our crew who was unloading the building ROLLING with LAUGHTER. We were sad when he left. Overall there is only one word to ACCURATELY describe Future Buildings & that’s EXCEPTIONAL!!! My husband and I are hoping to buy another building this coming year & I can’t wait to work with everyone again!!! Do yourself a favor and shop here! I promise it will be one of the best decisions you could ever make.

The work has not started yet. So far I have received the documentation I assume I will need. The sales process was easy and the delivery was done by a driver that was fantastic/

We want a garage for our work shop and found future steel had the best price and customer service for a prefab with foundation blueprint ready to go , excellent delivery. We will recommend this company to friends. Thanks for your help Mark.

The sales representative, Chris was very amicable and knowledgeable. Chris helped me to find the perfect structure that I was researching. I am so glad that I saw your advertisement. Chris answered all my questions and provided me with the opportunity to explore the structure that would be most beneficial to me. He also stayed past his work time to make sure I was satisfied with the structure I was going to be purchasing. Through our conversations I could visualize the materials and what I would need to be happy with my structure. The driver, Brian who delivered was well informed, professional and very courteous. The overall experience was handled professional and courteous.

So far we've only been through the purchasing process, however this was done swiftly, with great attention to detail by our salesperson, Mike, with a mutually acceptable outcome.

Mike was great. He answered all my questions, the buildings arrived on time and we’re exactly as expected. Would definitely buy again!

So far, dealing with the regional district to get a permit in BC has been alright. They require an engineer to oversee the concrete work even though all the engineered drawings that are with the building are for sure up to code, because they approved everything so far. They are diligent in the fact they want the prints followed to the “t”. And then this same engineer will sign off the field reviews as well. I find the steel pieces very sturdy and well built. I can’t wait till it,s all completed. Very exciting!

I found Future Building’ when I was searching for a metal building company on line. When I called Future Building I got in touch with Kyle Spellman. Kyle was very knowledgeable and resourceful in answering my multitude of questions. He was very patient in assisting me in arriving at the appropriate size and style of the structure I eventually chose it was an’S’ style structure which matches the design of other structures on my property. I was so pleased I am considering purchasing two structures based on Kyles help and Future Building’s flexibility in design.
