Hoerner has done my annual boiler service for several years. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. When they identify additional problems, they explain fully and provide accurate estimates. They also attend to all my plumbing needs. Their admin staff are also friendly and very responsive.

La and team were on time, persistent, diligent, and clean. Communication from Hoerner was efficient.

Had an extremely difficult to find leak somewhere in our 2nd floor bathroom, which was coming through our kitchen ceiling, below. The Hoerner team worked diligently and believed they found the minuscule leak. But alas, alack, the leak continued the next day. They returned IMMEDIATELY and eventually discovered THE truly tiny leak in the silicone seal within the shower stall.

Had a 10 year old tankless water heater start intermittently failing, service was fast, friendly, and efficient. They were also very communicative about options, and no hard sell on any upgrades or replacements.

Needed to fix dishwasher line, add water line to fridge and add safety valve to oven gas line.

Plumbers Nick and Declan were efficient professional and very helpful. A protective mat was used on the floors and everything was left very clean. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
