The installation of a new high efficiency condensing combi-boiler by the Hoerner team was excellent. The work was performed professionally, and attention to smallest detail was performed to the highest standards. Hoerner’s technicians took great care and were courteous and knowledgeable, I had extreme confidence in their work. The head office also were professional in making this installation smooth and without issues. I would highly recommend their service without hesitation.

AC is broken. Technician (Nick) came to assess and diagnose. Found the problem. Scheduled the repair for next week. Hoerner team (office staff and technicians) are very professional, friendly, and caring. Clear and efficient communications in scheduling and in providing solutions options and recommendations. Repair is scheduled for next week.

I'm very impressed with Hoerner Heating and Plumbing. La and Cole arrived at 8:30 am for a 9-11 arrival window. They were both very professional and very nice. They assessed the issues and provided me with a solution and reasonable price very quickly. They removed one shutoff value and replace another in my basement, and replaced an outdoor faucet and small section of pipe that had burst last winter. I will definitely call Hoerner again for future plumbing issues.

Hoerner came to our rental property after I called them about a complaint from one of the tenants that the toilet was making a gurgling sound and not flushing properly. After several attempts to diagnose the problem ourselves, we called in the "big guns". Cole and Nick arrived and after a camera inspection determined that the problem was with tree roots, gravel, and dirt blocking our century old clay pipes. They promptly dug up the concrete floor to get at the problem and discovered broken clay pipes and indeed - tree roots etc. - everywhere. They set about clearing out all the debris and replacing the clay pipes with PVC throughout the basement to the property line. This was an enormous job and the team worked efficiently and were always respectful of the property and the tenant. Cole & Nick were Incredibly thoughtful and always let all the tenants know in advance when the water would be unavailable so that they could plan for it. The tenant said that they even moved snails off the path so they wouldn't harm them during the work. :) - It's the little things. Once this was completed, they realized that there was still water leaking - now from the water pipes, which were still the original (i.e. lead pipes). Andrew sounded almost apologetic when he broke the bad news to me. We would have to replace the lead pipes with copper, adding even more to an already very big plumbing bill - but it needed to be done. They replaced our old pipes with 3/4" copper and backfilled the soil. They tidied up beautifully and closed the giant hole in our basement floor. Throughout this messy project the workers did their best to keep the tenant's apartment clean as they walked in and out of the main floor apartment. The team worked hard and were pleasant and polite throughout the 2 1/2 weeks it took to fix the problems. Hoerner has done several jobs for us in the past at our other rental properties and at our home and I recommend them very highly for their quality work, professionalism, tidiness, courtesy, and respect towards everyone involved.

Called for a quote to replace two faucets in ensuite master; Hoerner honoured quote and Matt and his teammate did a fabulous, professional job. Couteous, resopectful, Covid-safe, timely, clean, perfection. ! Five stars. Thanks Hoerner.

Contacted Hoerner to repair rusting pipes that were causing leaks and preventing use of the kitchen and Hoerner was able to visit on short notice and get everything fixed. Appreciated the communication before, during and after the repair - Claire & Hoerner came through! Have had Hoerner out for several repairs over the years, and always pleased with the work and responsiveness of the Hoerner team.

La and Nick did a fantastic job removing our old vanity and installing our new one. They worked quickly, removing the old unit which was built in place and installed our new freestanding unit. They did an excellent job in cleaning up after the install and disposing of all the old stuff. We highly recommend and will use them again.
