Nick and John worked tirelessly to find the root problem and then solve it. They were clear, professional, respectful and nice! Nick even talked to me after hours to answer my question. Highly recommend. This is the second project with Horner but Nick and John really exceeded our expectations!

Cole was very professional and helpful. He had the right parts and did the job very fast and cleaned up well. We are very thankful that he was able to do it and be here very fast.

Contacted Hoerner H&P based on stellar reviews. Company has great communication which I really appreciated. The cost of both hose bib and main water shut off valve replacements came close to $1000 altogether, but seem on par with most plumbing services and I was willing to pay for convenience, quality work, and ease of mind. The technician that was assigned to both jobs was very pleasant, efficient, and prompt. The replacement of the main water valve was a little more troublesome, and the technician took the time to get the job done properly. I wish the invoices would show a breakdown of the pricing in terms of relative percentage that goes towards parts and labour, etc. Otherwise, Hoerner seems like a good and honest local business that I will be supporting again if there is ever a need.

Expert service. Mark is an easy going and friendly technician, he diagnosed the problem and knew what to do right away, plus he taught me a lot about my system along the way. Emma at the office is very approachable and prompt. I felt taken care every step of the way by this company.

We just had him in to look at our issue. We paid the consultation fee. He was so personable and really knew what he was talking about. He gave us at least 3 options which we are considering.

Very pleased with the job Cole did to unclog our kitchen sink. He was friendly, quick, and even helped us put the kitchen cabinet back together after fixing the issue with the pipe. We also love Hoerner. I put in the request late Monday night and got a call early the next morning.
