If you need reliable plumbers don't hesitate to call Hoerner's . We got same day service and the technicians Martin and Kyle were very knowledgable and very good workers. They were great problem solvers because they removed a custom made shelving unit and worked from the inside the small space to replace the pipe. They didn't need to cut through the dry wall...saving us time and money. They worked quickly and quietly and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. It is nice to see that there are professionals that care about their customers and their jobs. Thanks for outstanding service....Martin and Kyle.

When I called Hoerner Plumbing, I was impressed with the quick response, and friendly representative. What impressed me even more, was a commitment to a 2 hour appointment. What….I don’t need to wait in ½ a day, this is a first. Would they keep to that commitment? They did come in that 2 hour window, and even called to confirm before they arrived. I was amazed. When the technician arrived, he placed covers over his shoes to keep the place clean, quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved the issue. He was also polite and personal. I recommend Hoerner plumbing to everyone.

The phone is always answered, service is provided quickly, neatly and most impressively---they seem to want to do it "right" the first time. Yesterday, Kyle not only replaced the bathroom taps, but found and repaired problems with the sink and pedestal that we were not aware of. Dylan repaired a leak under our kitchen sink, that was more extensive than expected. The work was done very neatly, carefully and both were very patient and professional. We are so happy with the service from Hoerner Plumbing---will continue to use them and happy to recommend them.

Today I had Dylan, a pleasant man from Hoerner Plumbing, come to my home to fix a drainage problem in my kitchen sink. He made sure that the total cost was communicated prior to his work, and the job was done swiftly and easily in under an hour. Not only was he right on time, but he left the workplace clean upon his departure. I'd definitely call Hoerner Plumbing back after this experience.

We have been relying on Hoerner ever since we were novice homeowners with a plumbing problem. And now we would not willingly turn to anyone else. Over the years Hoerner has been to our home for a variety of problems big and small. They have always responded promptly and fixed the problem with no fuss, no muss and pats for the cats. Occasionally we have needed to co-ordinate with other trades and Hoerner has always gone out its way to meet our needs and timeframes. I called at 8 a.m. the other morning with a very tight timeframe because the water heater was leaking. Dylan was here half an hour later to move the laundry tub to give access to the water heater company. They have always been pleasant to work with, regardless of whether we had a serious leak in the ceiling or just needed a toilet handle replaced. I recommend them unreservedly.

I've been using Hoerner Heating and Plumbing for 12 years. They are fast, courteous (you'll never get a brighter answer to your phone-call), knowledgeable and trustworthy. My most recent repair was to a complicated shower system, which, while it had to be over two visits, Brad fixed efficiently and courteously. I feel I'm working with the best.

REplaced sewer pipes in basement and new toilet. Pulled up the wet carpet and replaced it when finished. Clean, professional and very resonably priced. Good old fashioned service. No fuss, no muss
