We are very pleased with our experience with this company, who installed a security system in a new-to-us house. The security consultant really helped us think through our needs and was able to recommend a system that met those needs and was cost-effective. The installer was also a wealth of information and patiently answered all our questions. Great job!

John was great to work with - got in touch with me very quickly, very responsive and was able to answer all my questions. Rekeyed a few locks and installed an electronic combination lock as well On-time, professional and certainly knows his trade. Will definitely use protection plus in the future.

I am very satisfied with the work done by Protection Plus at my home. I had one new keyless entry lock installed and another lock re-keyed. They provided excellent advice to me and both jobs were done quickly and to perfection.

Product recommendations were great. 6 cameras and door access system installed as well as alarm system to cover new office. Installers were very professional and efficient and completed the installation quickly.

This company did a superb job on installation of our 8 camera home surveillance system, including assessing our requirements, selecting the correct equipment, designing the proper camera locations and installing and fine tuning the system, plus educating us on how to use it. Their team was very professional and courteous and went out of their way to accommodate us and to educate us on proper use of the system. They went the extra mile in several ways, including: 1. Some time after installation, we determined that one camera would serve us better if it was relocated, and they came out and did that for us at no cost. 2. We had a slight misunderstanding about which NVR we would be getting. This was mainly our fault, but, while they were under no obligation to do so, without hesitation, ProtectionPlus upgraded the NVR to the one that we wanted. We also have their expertise available anytime we have questions about retrieving video footage, system operation, etc. I suppose we may possibly have saved a few dollars by buying the equipment and installing it ourselves, but I very much doubt we would have ended up with such a professional job and one that we can count on to serve us for many years to come.

This company is totally pro from the first inquiry to the estimate and through the install. A great experience all around. Patrick and Joe did the install and training and were both excellent and very polite. I have had different experiences in the past with security / alarm companies - never quite felt comfortable. But Protection Plus are at the top of this industry. Highly recommended.

Very frustrated with service from existing alarm monitoring service from large corporate service provider. Poor response times and missed appointments. Really happy with new system. Great customer service from PP from initial request for info to installation of new equipment/service! thanks!

We had an alarm ringing upon returning home from the lake and thought it was the smoke detector. Called and got connected to someone who walked me through the whole system only to discover it was not the system at all but a carbon monoxide detector.. Took a lot of time but he stayed patient and calm while trying to figure it out for me. I was not so calm since the sound was so piercing. Thank you. I cannot remember who it was but I hope you read this.
