    Lock repair

    My key got stuck in the lock. The locksmith showed up the same morning, repaired the lock under warranty and was on his way in less than 15 minutes. Fast, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Protection Plus for all your high security lock needs.

    Lock

    Had some work done prior to the new year. John was excellent, quick response and courtesy. Knows his stuff. Was on time and followed all safety protocols. Would recommend and use again.

    Lock Repair / Installation

    Protection Plus is amazing! Brian was very friendly and responsive when arranging the services. When it came down to the actual service, Brandon was punctual and so professional. He did a full lock installation, took the liberty of making additional keys for me, and cleaned up! The price of the work never changed from the original quote. 10/10 would recommend and will be using this team again myself in the future!

    Security bars for a store front door

    Great service! Brian was especially helpful with the info provided. Was a small job but was happy to help and get everything done right before the holidays. Will be using them on my next project where security is required.

    Very unhappy customer

    Our family is very unhappy with the service of Protection Plus. On Dec 4, we had an alarm system installed. Since the second day, we've had nothing but issues with the service. Protection Plus takes days for follow-up, and sometimes no response. We are still waiting to hear from Alan about our request to cancel our services. I do NOT recommend this company.

    Hello Racheal, I have to admit, I am disappointed reading your comments. We at Protection Plus have bent over backwards to try to help you get your fathers alarm system sorted out. We arranged for a Technician to do the installation on a Saturday, which is difficult this time of year. He was warned by a previous technician that the system was very old and not functional. There were obscure Sentry wireless devices (long been discontinued) in the system that had trouble conditions. Our technician replaced two of these devices out of goodwill at no charge. When he left on that Saturday, everything was working. You mention the problems started later on that day. I am not sure what phone number you were calling, but we have technicians on call 24 hours a day including weekends. Certainly Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00, you can ALWAYS get someone by calling our office. Considering that you say you can’t get in touch with anybody, you have had dealings with at least five of our staff. Our technician offered to call your Father on the Monday night to troubleshoot what the issues were. It was determined that four of these old Sentry contacts had low battery conditions. Rather than replace these old contacts you chose to try to order batteries on the internet. Our tech sourced out and sent you what you needed to get. That is the last we heard about this. You were going to get in touch with us if there were still issues. As far as cancelling the service, I already explained to you that Allan is out of town until sometime next week so I don’t know why that is brought up again. I also told you we would not enforce the binding three year contract your father signed with us. If you are not interested in having any of the issues taken care of, we will definitely void the contract your father signed and issue a refund. Honestly, I don’t know where your comments are coming from considering we tried our best to correct issues that were not of our making. We would rather let a customer go than force them to remain with us being unhappy. We have already made arrangements to remove our equipment today (after 5:00), after which a refund will be processed. If nothing else, you have proven that our reviews are legitimate. Despite this type of situation, we have a 9.9/10 rating. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you find a company more to your liking. Rod Mackie Vice president Protection Plus

    Great service

    They provide great customer service, are responsive and are helpful. I had some uniqe electrical challenges but they were able to overcome them. Thanks to all the team members for their help!

    Customer service as it should be

    Helpful sales staff with no pressure when choosing product options. Chose a camera doorbell. Arrived to the minute on time and installation and user help went flawlessly. Helped again when we switched network providers 6 months later with patience, politeness and professionalism. Good product and good old fashioned service. If only my car mechanic were that good.

    Alarm system + Cameras/motion detector

    The team they sent was very efficient and corteous - they knew what they were doing ! Came around 9 am and were out of here before 4 ! System ready to be ON.
