Brandon did a great job installing our lock. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Brian was helpful setting up the appointment during my initial call and guiding us to make the best decision for how to work with an older door.

Brandon, Deion on the job and Brian in the office were all we could ask for. Brandon and Deion arrived at our late cousin's earlier than us and waited patiently. Once we arrived they promptly set about rekeying the entrance and adding 'Guardian' bolts on the door to the garage. All work was done expertly with an explanation in layman's terms as they worked. Once finished, the areas were carefully cleaned. A striker plate on the front door was moved slightly and the dead bolt greased after mentioning difficulty earlier. Well done everybody! Brandon came to my house to rekey the front and back doors. He rekeyed all four locks (two doors) and cut me 6 new keys. He arrived on time, was polite and very fast. Highly recommend.
