The grip set on our entry door was loose and jiggly so we hired John to replace it for us, as well as the lock. We had used John for another project last year and he was just as courteous and professional as I remembered. He followed all safety protocols, kept the area tidy while he worked and was in and out within an hour. Great service, would highly recommend!

I called John for commercial lock service and he responded right away and was able to complete the job I needed done in a timely manner!

I reached out to the company by text and within an hour was contacted by a local rep. We set up a time and date for a few days and he reprogrammed and installed 5 locks on my house. He arrived early, was knowledgeable about the products, and even helped troubleshoot an unrelated door issue that we had been having. Very positive experience overall. Would recommend.

The DSC alarm system in our newly purchased home wasn't working. Most other security companies won't even look at your security system unless you signup with them on expensive 3-year monitoring contracts. Protection Plus was very upfront about the service call costs and part costs, and even gave some suggestions on things to try prior to booking a service call (and it worked!). It's good to know that honest companies still exist out there!

Salesman Brian called within I hour of my posting on Home Stars (closely followed by a rep from another company). He visited our home (masked) about 1 hour after that. Brian was professional, knowledgeable, courteous (and funny!). By that afternoon he had emailed photos of 2 models from which to choose and a written cost proposal. Everything was bang on, so I placed the order. He was able to arrange for installation 2 days later. On that date, John, the locksmith phoned ahead to see if he could come early. Wonderful! John was REALLY good at his trade, very neat and wore a mask. He took pains to make sure everything was perfect. He was finished in less than an hour. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased.

John was at my house right at the start of the agreed timeslot. He rekeyed the locks quickly and efficiently. He also explained that some locks have become stiff due to the infrequent use so he lubricated them, which is much smoother and easier to lock/unlock. The keys provided to us seem very durable and high quality. Overall, I'm very impressed with this service!

We have lock that has been a problem for years. The lock Smith examined our lock and came.up with a solution to permanently fix the problem. In addition, he clean, adjusted and lubricated the rest of the mechanism. It is now working as smoothly as is did when it was first installed.
