Thanks for reaching out anonymously "Dr". So all these problems occurred when you cancelled your contract and refused to live up to your obligations? I'm guessing you just got off the phone with our collections agency. Yes, we are a small business. Yes, we have to deal with Covid as well. Yes, it is difficult. Yes, I have to meet a payroll that supports 22 families every 2 weeks. AND we are responsible for our debts. Not only did you sign the personal guarantee, but the contract was made out to your company And YOU. Regardless of being incorporated and being in business for 30 years, I still have to provide a personal guarantee to many of my suppliers. To say we lack compassion is sad. There are more than a number of companies and families that we have made accommodations for during this difficult time. The difference here is you cancelled mid-term and refused to pay out your agreement. Then you threaten Protection Plus and R.M. with legal action and "liable" if we pursued collections. Now you leave this review whose only purpose is to damage our reputation. Thank you for proving that the hundreds of 5-star Homestar reviews are legitimate. PS. Just got off the phone with our collections agency and of course, they spoke to you yesterday.
