Having lost my house keys recently I pleased to see that Protection Plus offered lock repair services. I have used Protection Plus as my home security provider for a number of years and have been very happy. The technician was very pleasant, called beforehand and was on time. He followed all expected social distancing protocols. Great job and even fixed the alignment of my door. Very pleased!!

We needed to add a deadbolt lock to put garage door - communication to coordinate was beyond smooth and work completed in less than 30 mins. Our technician was super prepared and safety was evident with him wearing gloves and face mask. We’re extremely happy with the safety, service and our new deadbolt lock!

My wife and I just recently completed a home renovation where we had new doors installed with new locks and in order to match up the existing locks to the new ones, we called Protection Plus for their re-keying services so that all our locks were all on the same key. Within a few days we had John from Protection Plus at our house and with 30 minutes, John re-keyed all the locks and proved us with 6 new keys! He even pointed out an issue with one of our existing locks and how to address the issue in the future if it were to arise. As my wife and I are both teachers and Protection Plus' early morning service was a huge help as well as we had all this completed by 7:30 am! Thanks Protection Plus and John!

We had the best experience switching our security services to Protection Plus Security Systems. The process was easy and smooth--no extra costs or hidden expenses. Everything was exactly as promoted on their “Switch and Save” program. Further, Mike went above and beyond to squeeze us in for the switch prior to us going on vacation. The two technicians were lovely, professional, and efficient.

Church main entrance - adjustment and lubrication of entrance door latch mechanism; reseat and secure threshold; adjust automatic door hold-open time. Prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable. Called ahead with an ETA and was on time. Always a pleasant experience working with John and team. Highly recommended.

During a cold snap last week, my front door deadbolt seized and my family was unable to enter or leave our home. After attempting to be a "handy man" and taking the plate cover off, I realized I was out of my depth. That's when I asked Homestars to recommend the top locksmiths in my area. Almost immediately, John from Protection Plus called me, asked me the situation, gave a best/worst case scenario quote range over the phone and said he could be at my home withing 20 minutes. When he arrived, John was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and bang-on with his assessment of our lock. It was fixed at the lower end of his initial estimated cost scale (after I had been told over the phone by a couple of other "pro" locksmiths that the deadbolt was a write-off and would cost much more to replace). John and his assistant were pros all the way and honest about the work that was needed, along with providing helpful tips about maintenance for future reference. And a great warranty on the work done too, should anything happen to the lock in the next while. All in all, John and the Protection Plus team showed what customer service is when done the right way. My family is grateful for their expertise. I HIGHLY recommend them if ever you have locksmithing or home security needs. Nice work, fellas! Thanks again.
