As always , the staff from Protection Plus were professional and courteous.The installer worked around our schedule.He did not leave until our staff knew exactly how to operate the newly installed keypad on our door.As always , the cleanup was first rate

My alarm company installed a smart but it wasn’t opening or closing smoothly. The alarm tech told me to get a locksmith to cut a larger hole in the metal front door so that the lock would not strain to open or close. I put a request in with Homestsrs & John responded. He arrived early saw no need to cut the metal door but made a minor adjustment which immediately fixed the problem. John even added 2 super long screws to reinforce the door frame! Great guy, excellent service & I’d recommend him & Protection Plus anytime. They’re my new locksmith for all future jobs!

John and Brian were amazing! It was a very professional and pleasant customer service experience from the very first time we called to make an initial inquiry, right through to the end of our experience! Our condo locks were changed in 10 minutes max! It was the easiest, most efficient and nicest house call experience we’ve had in a long time. Thanks John and Brian! You guys were absolutely fantastic!

On time, courteous, honest inputs and feedback. Completed the job in time. Scheduling and rescheduling was fairly straightforward. Did some additional minor tweaks at no cost. Possibly on slightly higher side pricing wise, but I am happy with the job. I would definitely recommend.

I recently moved into a home with a double front door and wanted to upgrade the look of my door hardware but also make sure the door was secure. Brian and John were very helpful and advised me on all the door reinforcement products I needed to work in conjunction with high-security deadbolts to make my entryways as secure as possible. John installed the hardware I had picked out at a local big box store with matching high security deadbolts and I am extremely happy with the results.

the response time was fast. the customer service was on point. so far used them for some locks. sI am etting up our security install next week for another location.
