John the technician was excellent! Very courteous , on time and very professional. His knowledge and courtesy is hard to come by in this day and age. Highly recommended.

Jason was quick, friendly and explained everything really well. Mike who provided the quote gave us his time and answered all questions we had for a reasonable price. However it would have been great if we were explained the minor charges for the apps and such before installation. All in all, everything was as described, for the most part.

Protection Plus Security installed push button automatic door hardware at our building's main entrance. Two doors received Hunter door openers, and four wall-mounted buttons were installed. From start to finish, including the initial site inspection and final instructions/familiarisation with all features, the work was professional, timely, courteous. John and team were a pleasure to deal with. John noticed some wear/sagging on the old doors, made adjustments so that they closed smoothly, and also provided advice on how to adjust and maintain the steel doors to prevent future problems. John was very professional and passionate about his work. He arrived early and very eager to start the job. He was very knowledgeable about locks and doors and offered fantastic advice on many things. I would definitely recommend John and Protection Plus Lock Division to everyone. Not to mention his adorable Australian accent is too cute!
