Love them. Recently moved and took them with me. Great service and they have your back. We had our keys hanging in plain view and they told us to move them in the closet

Efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous service. Took the time to train me on the keypad, and downloading and setting up mobile app.

Protection plus installed our security system and added a medical pendant. Installation was very professional and having the medical pendant gives us a sense of security.

John did very good work for us and was very polite and easy to deal with. He explained everything before he did it. Good looking product. He even fixed our doors from rubbing! Highly reccomended!

Called for an alarm system Steve our sales guy was very knowledgeable and even made a trip out to see the office to makesure both of us are on the same page and there are zero surprises. Once we decided to go forward with Protection Plus an appointment was scheduled with the tech. John the tech called in advance to update me on his ETA which was very nice and once here quickly got to work with no issues I honestly didn't even see/hear him work because he was so quite and very respectful not to disturb anyone just did his job and only needed us at the end to go over the paperwork and show us how the system worked. So far great experience with Protection Plus.
