The technician was very friendly and efficient. He even offered to adjust motion sensors while he was here and that was something I really appreciated.

John was such a great help. I looked online for locks that are electric and many have problems/are low quality. He helped navigate this by recommending the right product that Protection Plys carries and why (it being a good quality product that will last). He was efficient and left the space clean. He was very helpful in showing how the lock works and programming it for me. Tips on how to take pic and email it in case lose code, how to run lock with key. Left the space clean and was a pleasure to have his help with this work. Highly recommend!

John and his team were very competent and quick to deliver the push button automatic door to our office. We started the process 3 months ago and was led down the path with two different vendors who did not know how to install the door opener. It was until we found Protection Plus on the internet that we finally got service. I called the number for Protection Plus, received a very nice lady who passed on the message to John and he immediately contacted us. The next day John came in and gave us a quote and within a week we had the automatic door opener installed. If you need an automatic door button do not look further, just call ProtectionPlus. Highly recommended. Very competent service.
