John, the locksmith, was a great help. He called the day before to confirm the appointment and was punctual, friendly and efficient. He answered any questions we had and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend Protection Plus to others.

We were very pleased with the end to end service from Protection Plus. The Installation was completed efficiently and effectively in a consultative manner. The up front sales process was thorough - it ensured we purchased the right system for our home. After the Installation we were very pleased with the detailed answers to all our questions on how to use the system. Highly recommended!

Mike and his team were very knowledgeable and worked within our budget to provide us with a great alarm system. Installation was easy and on time. The technician answered all our questions and even gave us options for future upgrades that we requested. The equipment itself was modern and fit the design decor of our house. Great experience and product. Prior to purchase, Steve explained options thoroughly, and was honest and accommodating while we took our sweet time deciding. Installers arrived on schedule on a date of our choosing, and completed their work quickly. We are very pleased with the end result and even made a new friend. We would recommend Protection Plus without reservation; quality product, and the employees are good people who know their trade. ------------ UPDATE JULY 2018 We recently contracted protection plus again on two occasions, to install new locks on internal doors and install a wifi Camera. Steve sent over Johhny and Kieran for these jobs respectively. On both occasions we were very pleased with the product and service. The guys even stop by some times on their days off for a drink and to see how their work is holding up (always well). Thanks again to Steve, Kieran and Johhny for the quality locks, window film and camera and being all around great people to deal with.

Fast courteous knowledgeable information and installation. Totally responsive. arrived precisely on time; no waiting around. Explained fully what they were doing and why. Very good value. Entirely superior to previous unresponsive supplier.

Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation however did not go as smoothly as we thought it would. The technician did not clean after himself and scratched a brand new door that we installed only a month ago. We would have appreciated a follow-up from someone, to explain us how the system installed works, or at the very least to gauge our satisfaction. The only thing we got is a call and a follow-up email from their administrative team asking us, again, what was our credit card number as the technician forgot to write it down when he came over. All in all, we're happy with the system, but we're a bit disappointed with the service.
