I'm glad I chose Protection Plus. This review is a few months late. My apologies Steve! Steve took the time to explain everything in detail after making a thorough assessment of what was needed and suggested a few things. The installers came through on time, did a bang on job on how things had to be set up. Explanation as needed and to top it off did I mention how great it was to have Steve answer things personally as needed. I recommend them unequivocally.

The job was done by a great guy named John, he was very polite and helpful throughout the installation process. We are very pleased with our new security system as well as the installation.

Efficient, professional and knowledgeable. The installer, Johnny was very patient and went over all the details until I was totally comfortable with our alarm system.

After reading the great reviews on HomeStars, I’m very happy to have chosen Protection Plus for my home security needs. The Sales guy, Steven Z. was very helpful in explaining everything. He shows real pride in his company’s accomplishments and treated us with respect. Steven answered all my questions and got back to be right away when I sent him additional questions. The Technician / Installer Joe S. seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and did the job in a timely manner. When he was done, he explained the operation to us in a clear and easy to understand manner. Great attitude and personality.

Technician John was very professional and installed our full home alarm system with no problems. Was very thorough with the product and testing to ensure satisfaction and understanding. Cleaned up after his work and could not ask for a friendlier installer. Would recommend to others!
