We met with Mike for our consultation. He was professional yet personal and carefully listened to our concerns so that he could advise us on what alarm equipment and monitoring package would best suit our needs and budget. John , the technician who installed our alarm was professional, friendly knowledgeable and attentive. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable using the system before leaving. Any mess made during the installation was quickly cleaned up. We would definitely recommend Protection Plus.

I have had my business security protected with Protection Plus for almost 2 years now. They gained my trust and continue to gain my trust so I can sleep peacefully at night without worrying if someone will break into my business store. I would like to share one of the recent instances which has made me recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a security protection. One day, there was a power surge in our store and the power was cut in the room where we had our protection Plus device connected. Within 5 mins of power cut, I received a call from protection plus customer service, saying that they lost connection with our store and if everything is ok at our end. I highly recommend taking security protection with Protection Plus.

I called Protection Plus to install new locks and window bars in our house. I’ve been using them for a couple of years now for various security needs and have been very happy and satisfied with the work. The door lock service was no exception. Brian was very helpful and friendly. He surveyed the house and recommended various options and provided written quotes. We decided to go with skybell, new locks, window bars and window film. The skybell was installed in an hour and we love it. Cory, the lock specialist, came and installed the locks, door guardians and window bars. He was very friendly, super helpful and efficient. He even fixed the sag in our front door and an issue with our bathroom door while he was here! The new grip sets look really elegant and the window bars are very modern. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and will continue to use and highly recommend protection plus. Thanks!
