Had to get front door locks replaced. Cory was extremely professional, and addressed all our concerns. He even went above and beyond and offered advice on some future projects we had. He even helped us fix our bathroom door when he found out it was broken. Would definitely recommend protection plus and Cory for all your locksmith needs.

I recently moved into a new home and was looking to install a new alarm system, change/upgrade locks and new security cameras. What can I say except that Brian and the rest of the Protection Plus team were great! I did a security audit with Brian who explained all my options in detail and did not try to oversell anything. He was very helpful and answered all my questions - THANK YOU BRIAN!!! I also want to acknowledge John (Alarm), Cory (Locksmith) and Joe (Camera's) who were also great and did an amazing job in explaining things to me - THANK YOU JOHN, CORY and JOE!!! Cory was working at my home for 5 hours rekeying my locks and reinforcing my door security. Over the time her was working at my home he was very pleasant and a great conversationalist. His work was top notch but he was also very honest with what work he could do, what might not work because of my homes construction. But he was also a great problem solver trying to adjust for or correct my homes limitations on his work. I was extremely satisfied with his work and the work of the broader Protection Plus team. I would recommend to anyone.

We wanted to change alarm systems (after 20 yrs) to include Fire protection and C02 monitoring and found Protection Plus through Homestars. The Protection Plus Team are quite friendly. Steven the Project Mgr was very accommodating going through the options based on our current hardwire alarm system vs a complete wireless system. John M, the Technician was very good, a professional, thorough and knowledgeable in his field. We asked John questions and concerns and he explained what we could do. Overall reaction - quite pleased with their service. Thank You.

Love dealing with this company. They're courteous, they don't try to sell you things you don't need and they are knowledgeable about the industry and their products. Mike the sales representative was great as was Jason who installed. Jason explained everything and made it easy to understand. I wish all companies ascribed to such high standards.
