I must have been the most difficult customer from the moment I called their office. My previous nightmare ADT experience had me totally jaded. I had a zillion questions and demands from Brian for 2 months before I even booked an install. Brian is amazing, professional, understanding and has a lot of patience. He reassured me, got me answers to my oddest requests and provided a top notch system at an amazing cost. John did the install in 2 hours, i was shocked it was done so quickly. Awesome and knowledgeable guy, you can trust him to listen to what you need done. I am beyond happy. I recommend this company because Brian and John were super. I will be calling them for a surveillance system for my home soon. Thanks guys.

Awesome experience from the great advice from Brian (sales) to the thorough and professional install by Cory. Friendly, courteous, and top notch quality all around.

My first contact with the company was with Brian over the phone regarding the replacement of locks due to stressful circumstances. Brian explained the costs that would be involved and arranged for the locksmith. On the morning of the replacement, Brian called to say that Cory would be arriving and that he would have all of the equipment should rekeying not be possible. Corey, the Senior Locksmith was courteous, professional and had a incredible sense of humour. He explained things and cleaned up the wood shavings due to lock replacement. I would highly recommend Protection Plus and the work of Cory Munroe!
