Whenever we have had questions or issues, it was easy to get a hold of someone. They were responsive, and if it was a technical issue, we always got to speak to a technician soon. They also definitely valued our long-time business.

We have recently moved from a single home dwelling to a rental accommodation and have always appreciated, and valued the security of a deadbolt. John arrived today earlier than initially planned but mutually confirmed that "the earlier the better". The deadbolt and guardian for the second (in-active) door were installed, efficiently, and professionally. John is so totally approachable, knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions and concerns no matter how silly they seem to be.The price was competitive and we couldn't ask for a nicer guy or a better job. We ordered a Wi-Fi module. Joe did the install and was great. He explained how to use the console. Completed the installation in under an hour. The system works as good as expected.

John did a great job advising me over the phone on finding an electronic lock which would fit my door. Punctual and clean installation of the lock. No issues, very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend his services.

Great service so far. I chose Protection Plus over other larger companies due to the great reviews online (compared to the many horror stories about some of their competitors). I talked to Brian on the phone who took the time to answer my many questions and didn't try to give the "hard sell" I experienced elsewhere. The monthly fee is quite competitive, and you end up owning the equipment (which is not always the case elsewhere). I opted to pay for a year in advance to save two months' cost, reflected in the costs listed. I was able to arrange installation at very short notice, which was important because I was going away on vacation. The installation went smoothly and they ran the power cable through the wall with no issues. The equipment is easy to use and appears state-of-the-art. I recommend getting the phone app, which is free. So far the system has worked well and my experience has been good. Recommended!

John from Protection Plus is very friendly and a true professional at what he does! I called Protection Plus front line to inquire about upgrading the security of my house, and John called me that same evening to discuss further! He was able to come the following day which I thought was impressive given they are based in Toronto and I am from Milton. John was very friendly and listened to my concerns and then provided the right package for me. I wanted to save more money and so he further adjusted the package so I am comfortable with the purchase including service and products! He was not trying to sell me something I do not need which I really appreciate knowing other companies up sell to make a hefty sale at the first chance. Upon arrival John was very informative of the product and reassured my decision to invest in security as I have a new born. He went out of his way to ensure my entry door was cleaned up from prior residue before starting his own work, it showed he has passion with his craft and worked to ensure the final product is perfect! I was very satisfied with his work, and also his time spent ensuring my entry door is solid with all benchmarks required by law and security. If John is the representation of Protection Plus, then I say this is one outstanding company and organization that truly works to satisfy their customers! Thank you so much!!
